First time there. Staff was wonderful. AJ was so nice, explained everything well. AJ Took the time to answer many questions and suggested a course of action. Very pleased with the experience there.

I was extremely satisfied with the adjustment and fitting of my Phonak hearing aids by Dr. Mary Silva. However, a couple of days after trying them out I decided I wanted to use the blue tooth streaming capabilities with my TV. But my TV did not have this capability so I needed an accessory called a "Phonak TV Connector". I called the AudioNova office to purchase one but they did not have one in stock and told me they didn't have a current price available and would have to check and get back to me. The issue was whether to buy the accessory or take the opportunity to upgrade my TV. They've never called me back. After waiting a month I took my chances with Amazon and purchased one through them.

We were in the office early in the week for father in laws hearing aid and connectivity issues with tv and phone and AJ was extremely helpful. Went home to do the rest on the tv adapter and it worked for a few seconds then stopped. I tried to reconnect about 10 times as instructed. I called he next day to check if it was under warranty. They said they’d print out the instructions which I didn’t need. I had already had it working but it stopped. They said just to bring it in they’d replace it. The next day we drove another hour to the office with it as instructed and I was told after 30 minutes that it wasn’t under warranty and that I couldn’t even purchased it if I wanted to. They apologized but I think that looking into it more before they ask you to bring it and tell you that they’d replace it before driving an hour in traffic is not really worthy of just I’m sorry. An 88 year old shouldn’t be jacked around like this. Very disappointed in how this was handled. Make sure you have them check into if they can do what they say before you waste your time and expensive gas.

Great place, fit me (34m) with a great hearing aid, and is always amazing when I return for maintenance. Even taught me a new thing about my hearing disability.

Much improved from 15 months ago when I last visited, called back for further information twice, and got ghosted twice. Advance call from a friendly young man reminding me of my appointment, emails as well. At the office, the biggest challenge is very limited parking. Friendly office staff member had me fill out paperwork. Dr. Silva and I discussed the results of my previous visit and she decided to give me a current test. We discussed what was to follow afterwards. It felt much more productive and as one would expect.

I saw Nicola for my first hearing test since the one I had as a kid. She made it fun, and thoroughly explained everything. This office is great, the front desk staff was very kind and friendly. While I was waiting, another person came in for a quick repair as a walk-in for hearing aids that had broken that morning, on their way to go on vacation. They were in and out in about 5 minutes. Very impressed with this place!

I can hear! Because of Mary Silva, I heard my 5 yr old granddaughter talk to me without having to yell. She has the sweetest voice. I can hear my spouse speak to me without having to engage his diaphragm. But most of all, I don't have that alone feeling anymore, I feel engaged. Dr Silva is thorough, professional and incredibly nice. She let me borrow the demo pair of hearing aids until the ones she ordered for me came in. Financing was a breeze. I have nothing but love for Dr Silva and the clinic. Thank you for giving my hearing back to me!

I hope this is the best place for providing best hearing to those who have asymmetric and fluctuating hearing loss with tinitus like me. Looking forward to meeting the audiologist there. Oh yes .great. I met Mary Silva Au.D. She is so good in her service to me that I never forget. She did all the tests of my ears. I tried widex hearing aids there. I know my ears are not so easy. I felt comfortable enough to hear but my recognition of words still less than 50 percent. So she has said to me she would also let me try phonak marvel 90 and starkey livio 2400. She has taken my ear sizes for costume fit .She is so nice and kind to a patient . Thanks a lot. I am looking forward to meeting her next time for my better hearing soon.

I brought a client here and so far it's been a good experience. The lady at the front desk was friendly and easy to work with. The Dr was patient and took the needed time to properly assess needs. Recommended.

My mother started coming to Puget Sound Hearing Aid & Audiology a few months ago to get fitted for a hearing aid. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and guided her through the whole process and answered any questions we had. They were flexible in accommodating our schedules and with providing different payment options. I’m incredibly grateful to Linda Knisley, she made an arduous and intimidating process very easy to handle.

I took a family member here. If there's a choice on the insurance plan I wouldn't choose here. There were too many mistakes and minamel apologies. I am happy with the final outcome as the devices do work, but it wasn't worth the extra time.
