Hearing Aid Center in Austin, TX - AudioNova

Excellent customer service

Cindy Gregory is the best Audiologist I’ve ever worked with. She’s extremely knowledgeable and professional, and a kind and sweet person to work with.

From the moment I walked into the office, my first impression was one of warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was open, inviting, and welcoming. The receptionist greeted me with kindness and courtesy, immediately making me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. As a new ENT patient, I truly appreciated the exceptional care and attention I received from Dr. Gregory. Thank you, Dr. Gregory, for your professionalism, patience, compassion, and genuine concern for my well-being. You took the time to listen attentively, address my concerns, and explain everything in a manner that made me feel informed, respected, and reassured. It is refreshing to experience a medical practice where professionalism and compassionate patient care go hand in hand. My first visit was a positive experience, and I am grateful to Dr. Gregory and the office staff for making me feel welcomed and cared for.

AudioNova on Shoal Creek is great. Cindy Gregory explains and walks you through all the steps and tests seamlessly. Abram is so kind and helps with insurance questions, scheduling and is great support for all the patients. I highly recommend!

Friendly staff. Very nice audiologist

Cindy was efficient, informative and most pleasant!

Two weeks after sitting for a quick cleaning and a custom mold my silicone Phonak Serenity Choice Music with 15dB of attenuation were ready. These are much lower profile than custom-molded protection I’ve owned over the years which decreases the likelihood of getting kicked out, say by the boot of a crowd surfer (twice now!) Pro tip: choose a different color for the left/right — much easier than looking for a small letter. From the short lead time to the incredible price (of the earplugs and replacement attenuation filters) there is a lot to love about my visit to the office of Dr. Gregory, but best of all the people working at AudioNova are wonderful.

Ms. Gregory does excellent work on my hearing aids. Friendly, polite and knows her job exceptionally well. Highly recommend her and Audio Nova.

My father was appreciative of everyone’s help. Thank you for all that you do!

Once again Cindy and Abram are super helpful with whatever is going on with my hearing aids. Would not go anywhere else even though it is a long drive for me

The hearing consultant shared useful, important information and explained everything, including answering the questions I didn't know to ask.

It was great and the information provided was very helpful I've never had a hearing test since adulthood and the results were told to me with care.

Excellent

Great service and great staff! They are always very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Gregory is an exceptional audiologist who pays attention to one's history and one's needs. She observed that I had significant change since last year. When I commented about ringing in my ears possibly interfering with my test, she redid it because of the unexpected results. She adjusted the setting on my Phonak Roger microphone and my hearing aid. The two devices work much better. Background noise is no longer a problem when I go to a noisy restaurant with my daughter.

Cynthia is professional, thorough, and caring!

Very good service, took care of me promptly.

Everyone we dealt with has been wonderful. Great at explaining what type of hearing loss we had and the best way to fix it. Would recommend to anyone. Great place!

Cynthia is attentive and listens to my concerns. Unfortunately after I left the problem I had with my hearing aid came back so I will contact her to let her know.

They are going to help me get a hearing test and select hearing aids. My hearing has gotten gradually worse. Very frustrating.

All genuinely very friendly

These folks have really helped me with my hearing! Went in for my annual hearing test and a hearing aid tune up and they got me all fixed up. I can hear really well now even in noisy environments.
