- Joanne Kaplan, PCC & DispensorJoanne Kaplan has worked in hearing care for over 10 years. She began as a Patient Care Coordinator and in 2006, Joanne earned her Dispensing License while also working toward her Associate’s Degree in Business. Joanne practices in our Randolph, NJ and Parsippany, NJ offices.
