With expertise in comprehensive audiological assessments, hearing aid fitting, repair and service, aural rehabilitation, and hearing aid adjustments, he is dedicated to improving the quality of life for his patients. Jacob completed a rigorous 12-month training program approved by the Florida Board of Hearing Aid Specialists and The Hearing Care Academy, under the clinical oversight of a sponsoring audioprosthologist. Additionally, he gained valuable experience as a medical scribe for an otolaryngologist in Salisbury, MD. Passionate about causes like the Hear The World Foundation and Hear Now, Jacob strives to make a positive impact by providing solutions that help individuals reconnect with the world around them. His journey into hearing care was inspired by his mother, who has experienced hearing loss since childhood, motivating him to help others facing similar challenges. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys traveling with family, cooking, spending time with his Australian Shepherd, Bailey, and attending live music events.
