Savana was a wealth of information! She told me more about my hearing aids and hearing health during my 30 minute visit then I was ever told during the four years I have had them. Tech savvy as well. Savana programed and double checked my aids in a couple ways I had not seen before. For the last four years I have hated these things but after what I learned today, I will give it an informed effort.to make them work for me.

My visit was very helpful. Savanna listened carefully to my concerns. She administered several helpful hearing tests, cleaned and cared for both hearing aids and made several adjustments to my program. It was very helpful and made a considerable difference in my hearing. I was very pleased.

My appt with Savana whom I was meeting for the first time was great. She listened to my concerns and recommended a quick hearing test since it had been 18 months. The test showed minimal changes but she did make sime adjustments to my auto program. I will try it for a few weeks and see how it goes

Ordered new hearing aids and received them in four days. Savana had me up and running in 20 min I tes. Adjusted them to my test results and thoroughly explained everything to me and made sure I was familiar with all the new features. Would overwhelmingly refer this service to anyone!

I was so impressed! Office manager cleaned my hearing aids for free! Dr Savanah was also knowledgeable and didn't pressure me to get new hearing aids, which I aappreciated. Very happy and will be back!

I stopped here with my sister to have her hearing aid paired with her phone's blue tooth. They kindly offered to do mine as well, though I am not even a patient. Works great!

April checked my ears for earwax and my hearing aids were cleaned (new filters and domes). Treated extremely well. No charge for the visit. **** wanted $30 for the same!!!!

I took my father to the Oconomowoc office. The gentleman was very professional, very kind and so helpful. I would bring my father back again anytime he needs to have his hearing aids checked, calibrated or, even replaced.

OMG!! My hearing aids were not working properly. I went to Elite Hearing in Oconomowoc and saw Noah Lange. He cleaned both my hearing aids, tested my hearing and recalibrated both my hearing aids. I can hear again and with no cost to me. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for service and new hearing aids. Thank you for your help!!!

Great experience. Michaela runs the office. She is a joy to work with…always positive with a sense of purpose & humor. Noah, the audiologist, knows his stuff and fit me with up-to-date Phonak devices. I was a spokesman for Avada for years but they were bought out. Needing hearing care I reached out to Elite’s Oconomowoc office & I am satisfied with the care, service & Phonak aids.

I would highly recommend the Oconomowoc clinic! Steve is wonderful to work with, he made sure I understood the process of “learning how to hear” again and that my hearing aides fit comfortably. My ability to hear and understand speech is so much improved! Definitely happy with my hearing aides and the excellent service!
