They sent my father's hearing aids in to be repaired and lost the custom ear buds. They aren't any use to him without them. He has called repeatedly and they don't get back to him. Very disappointed in their customer service.

I was seen promptly. The services provided were very professional. They know their stuff and were able to answer my questions and concerns intelligently and promptly.

I was at iced by the ad that Audio Nova's hearing aid would be enhanced by AI. I had hoped that such a hearing aid could improve my hearing by making the speech others addressed me more distinct. I am still hoping. I guess I have to get more used to my new hearing aid.

I am extremely disappointed that Puget Sound Hearing is not equipped with a "Hearing InstrumentTest Box". I went for six months having my Audiologist Sara Sommers, who is absolutely amazing, handle my case with patience. She even had me take a second hearing test followed up with hours of endless computer adjustments only to realize my new Phonaq hearing aids were defective creating distorted sounds in my ears. Sara Sommers and I finally discovered this unfortunate reality when she swapped out my defective hearing aids with loaner replacements. What a world of difference! My Audiologist Sara Sommers is only as good as the equipment she has to work with and that must include the "Hearing Instrument Test Box", as she would have tested the circuitry in my hearing aids before they were placed in my ears and saved a tremendous amount of time and money for your organization and myself!

Sara was professional, and personable . She answered all our questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the testing process. I never felt rushed for time. She clearly explained my results, the different aids available, and how to use both the aids and accompanying phone app.

Panicked after I dropped my new aide and it quit working, a quick visit with Jake solved the problem. A simple wire exchange reconnected the unit and all was well. Panic to calm, as it should be.

Jake Mangino is the best, the best. While in the office Jake assisted 4 people while I waited, he was efficient, polite and immensely helpful to everyone. Thank you for the service.
