Three years ago I got my hearing aids and then connect hearing bought up some other companies and they got rid of Beth Turk, one year later they had a nice girl in the office for my check up, on year 2 I had 4 appointments cancelled by them because they were having a hard time staffing the office so I was told if I had no problems maybe just wait till next year. Year 3 warranty is expiring so they checked my hearing and wanted to sell me new ones, no offer to make adjustments to the old ones. Hearing test was thorough and they were professional but not an overall fan of the company. When these hearing aids die I’ll go to miracle ear.

I have been hearing impaired for a while. My hearing aides were over 5 years old when I went to Connect Hearing. They were one step down from the best when I choose them. Beth Truek is a professional In every sense of the word. She explained everything about my options to improve my hearing. I am now wearing "State Of The Art" hearing instruments that are more efficient, comfortable and are linked to my I-Phone with a free APP! I was so pleased I convinced my wife to also see Beth to get a baseline exam for her peace of mind. I highly recommend Beth Turek and her facility for all your hearing concerns!

This is not a place I want to deal with for health issues. They obviously work on commission and the person I dealt with was more interested in selling me a product than answering my questions so I could make an informed decision. She interrupted me mid question and answered what she thought I was going to ask then jumped right back into her presentation. When she interrupted me the second time I cut her off at the knees and concluded by asking for prices. I have been a professional salesperson all my life and I know when I'm being sold. I have also learned the value of listening which is a skill she needs to acquire. When it comes to my health I want information so I can make an informed decision. This is not a time I expect to be sold. After my appointment I did a lot of research on hearing aids and determined she has a decent product. But there are other brands out there and I found one more suitable to my specific needs, found a professional health care person who handles this product, began my trial and will soon make my purchase. As I said, she does have a decent product so you make your own decision. Do you want to be sold on something or do you want to be informed so you can make your own intelligent decision.

The visit was great as usual. Beth is always a pleasure to work with. I don't remember the receptionists name. She was a sub for the day. She was wonderful. She noted I had not been in to get my hearing aids serviced for quite some time and made an appointment for me. That worked out for the best because the speaker in one of the aids was not working.
