I had such a wonderful experience with this audiology office. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Gena took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. She was so kind and compassionate It's clear they truly care about their patients and want you to feel comfortable and informed. I'm so grateful for the level of care I received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an audiologist who is both knowledgeable and compassionate. They didn’t just test my hearing - they changed my quality of life.

For years my Mom has missed 90% of all conversations - and she had hearing aids. Two hours at Audio Nova with Gina and she can hear me from the next room now. The difference is UNBELIEVABLE. Ridiculously expensive, not covered by Medicare, but Mom has her life back now.

Audio Specialist was friendly and knew her stuff. I got new hearing aids she had recommended and they were everything she said they would be, which was very good quality.

Bought my hearing aids from somewhere else but Gena is services them for free. What a huge help she has been, showing me how to use my app and making them sound better. She has taught me how to use my hearing aids. The people I bought them from did not go over everything with me but Gena has.

I have been guaranteed by Erik that my mother will be treated with empathy, dignity and respect.

If I could zero stars, I WOULD!! Terrible hearing aids that kept messing up and EIGHT trips later they are still not working. Staff inadequate and lots of money wasted…….We are going somewhere else. Do yourself a favor…. Don’t waste your time or your money with this place!

The front desk staff is SO friendly and easy to communicate with! The doctor helped my grandfather by clearing out his hearing aids even though he service the brand he uses. I will definitely use them when the time comes to replace them! Also super convenient location! 10/10 would recommend
