I was offered a free hearing exam via a phone call from Audio Nova. I accepted and they made me an appointment with Emily Bean. Upon arrival I realized that she was wearing three hats, receptionist, secretary and her primary position as Hearing Aid Dispenser. She presented herself smooth and professionally as she grrreted me. After checking me in she updated my information and discussed my current hearing concerns. She then preformed a thorough hearing test and we went over the results. She was very informative. After discussing the results she offered me a demonstration of the latest hearing aids available and the technological improvements. She gave an excellent presentation. She knows her product inside and out, front to back. She answered all of my questions. When I was offered the exam I wasn’t financially ready to move up to new devices. She asked for the sale but never once was I pressured. She provided me with a proposal to study. If I was to rate her on a 1-10 scale she would score a 10+. I was in sales my entire life and I know the difference between average and exceptional. She is exceptional. Thank You

I was treated really good takin very good care of

Helpful staff but pricey. The warranty is great and reps will assist with maintenance. Read financing documents or you may end up paying for 20 years with crazy accrued interest at minimum payment. I'd give a higher rating but I don't like when sales people push new, bigger and better as soon as warranty period is over. My mom likes her rep so I let her over pay since I don't want to fight her. Normally, I would check three options when spending thousands of dollars. Her first set were awesome but she's already had an issue with the "better tech" model which I felt she purchased prematurely.

Great audiologist.

Emily is fantastic! She was kind, thoughtful, and patient with my 86 year old mom. She took her time explaining everything she was doing to make the hearing aids work the best they can for her. I would highly recommend going here and seeing Emily. You won’t be disappointed!

Eric was able to explain everything very good in a way I could understand. He even took me outside to listen to the different sounds. This is a new experience for me that is much needed. I’m only in day 3 and I do see a improvement.

So helpful! Emily, was the technician I saw today. She is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I had some issues with my hearing aide and she easily resolved them. One was a simple update. She cleaned my hearing aides and checked them over.
