Rodney, Jennifer and Carter at the Sarasota location of AudioNova are always just phone call away. They are caring and very responsive to questions and problems and always find time to get me in to the office if that’s what is needed. I am trying the next generation of hearing aids .. the Infinio Sphere. So far so great.

06/19/2026 I was having some real issues with my hearing aides due to a ruptured eardrum. I stopped by the Audio Nova office a couple of days ago to see if there was a quick fix. Nope! So I scheduled an appt for today. I met with David K. who is a provider there. He was excellent all the way around. David spent all the time needed to get me back up and running. The hearing test showed significant improvement in the ear that was ruptured and helped David get my hearing back on track. I couldn’t have been happier with David’s kind and professional manner. And as a side note…I’ve found everyone in the office to be very friendly and helpful with all my hearing aide needs. I have Phonak equipment and I love it. Thanks Audio Nova and David.

I cannot say enough good things about AudioNova on University Pkwy. I brought in my 100 year old mother (yes, 100!) and Jennifer and David were amazing. Jennifer was kind, professional and so helpful with my appointment and submitting the paperwork needed for insurance. In finding the right hearing aids for both my mother and myself, David’s kindness, patience, knowledge and professionalism was outstanding and he was great with my mother. My mother and I were both fitted with new hearing aids and you can now speak to my mother in a normal tone. Not only does she hear you, but she also clearly understands the words you are saying. They have improved her quality of life and have made conversations much more enjoyable for her and anyone speaking to her. My husband is so happy he no longer has to repeat himself! If you or a loved one has hearing loss, I highly recommend going to AudioNova.

Everyone at this location has been absolutely outstanding. Very knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, simply outstanding all round. They were sweet patient and and great with the special needs individual The product is outstanding as well. I would refer family and friends, and that says a lot.

Honest evaluation of my hearing

Every single contact I've had with Audio Nova has been exceptional. It began 4-5 years ago and continues today. Rodney, Jennifer, Carter, etc. have gone above and beyond each & every time I've called and needed assistance!! I highly recommend this office!!

Very helpful and experienced staff. I’ve been wearing hearing aids for over a decade and have done business with many providers. I briefly went to another provider who charged me every time I walked in the door. One of the thing I like best about AudioNova is that they don’t charge you for every little thing.

This office is very nice and centrally located, not far from the recently closed Bradenton office. I needed an emergency repair to my hearing aids and Jennifer met me there on a Saturday to take care of it! Top notch service!

AudioNova is an excellent place to purchase your hearing aides. I have had mine for 5 years & still working beautifully! Rodney is very knowledgeable in his field & very personable. Jennifer is amazing! She knows so much about the hearing aides that she can fix almost any problem you bring to her. Not to mention she is such a sweet girl! They make a great team! And the office is always very clean with free coffee & a candy bowl! You will not be disappointed in this choice.

First time to use Audio Nova had a big problem with my hearing aids that I purchased up north. My left one was not working Jennifer, who appears to be a little girl never had to see the doctor she found out what was wrong took care of me no charge which I really appreciate it. If I move to Florida this is where I’ll be getting my hearing aids taken. Thanks again.

I took my father in law to AudioNova for a broken wire with his hearing aid. The service we received was excellent! The young lady named Jennifer fixed the broken one and also offered to replace the other one that was about to break. Wonderful service.

Don't waste your time or money. Product is constantly defective and my elderly mother is unable to continue to travel for repair/replacement. Its never been right from beginning and not happy with how they handle multiple returns. Of course they offer upgraded varieties but who wants to spend more money on something when they can't give you a working Product that was sold to her from the beginning!! What a disappointment. She is counting her losses and I am taking care of my Mom and going elsewhere!

Rodney is an excellent audiologist, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The Phonak Audio Sphere hearing aids are incredible! They are not inexpensive, but they offer an entirely new hearing experience. The stand-alone Roger On device lets me hear TV directly through the hearing aids with no shouting or distortion, and can also act as a distance booster for meetings, etc.

Absolutely amazing I feel much better. I can hear better would recommend him highly.

Was in from out of town and had left our hearing aid cleaner and wax at home. One of my husbands hearing aid wasn't working so we walked in and they were able to help us immediately. They cleared what was clogged, cleaned it and also gave us some extra wax guards! Great service and super friendly!! Will definitely use them as his provider when we relocate to Sarasota!

Elite Hearing is great! Rich and Jennifer were welcoming, compassionate, and understanding of how to help with my hearing needs on my initial visit. Rich made a few tweaks to the settings of my hearing aids, giving me more clarity when people speak to me. Highly recommend them, so glad I called for an appointment.

Wiile on a vacation in the area recently, one of my hearing aids stopped working. I went to this store and found a staff that was extremely helpful and understanding Jennifer the receptionist and Rich Amon the hearing specialist worked immediately to not only get me a loaner pair of devices but sent mine to a repair facility, had them forwarded back to my home store in WI and saved my family vacation. The repaired ones actually beat me home- How's that for fast service?! I cant say enough good about this store and the service they provide. Thanks so much far all you did. Dave Wesner

Elite Hearing Centers in Sarasota is exceptional in providing patient care and customer service. My father had visited several hearing aid centers and none of them took the time to truly understand his hearing limitations and complications with his existing hearing aids. During our first visit at Elite Hearing Centers, our hearing aid specialist, Rich, spent an hour and a half analyzing my father‘s needs. After extensive testing, my father went with Rich’s recommendation for an upgraded hearing aid and is very thankful that he did! My father‘s hearing is 100% improved, per my father!! Our family is very grateful to Rich and his team at Elite Hearing Centers, particularly Jennifer, the front office lead 😊

After trying several hearing aid providers and hearing aids I was lucky to find this place. Rich Amos did an excellent job recommending and programming a hearing aid that works perfectly despite my severe hearing loss. The sound quality is excellent (not metallic), I can understand TV and have no feedback when using the phone. I'm very pleased to say the least.

My Phonak replacements are superior to my previous Widex: rechargeable, a more natural sound quality, additional options/programs including programmable tech updates from manufacturer included. Rich and Kelley provide a caring attitude along with exceptional customer service.
