Unfortunately I had a bad experience I connect hearing in North Miami. I received a marketing promotion in the mail which offered a review of my current hearing aids a hearing test and other services. The cost would have been free! When I got to the location the receptionist was unaware of this particular promotion. However when I called to make the appointment I specifically mentioned the marketing material that I received in the mail with this office phone number. The bottom line is when I got there they wouldn't honor the promotion or with a familiar with this particular promotion. The receptionist told me marketing sends it out and they're unaware of what is being sent out and that I should have brought that marketing piece in. Unfortunately when I called I specifically mentioned the marketing piece and discarded it. I would have assumed that the store would be familiar specifically since when I made the appointment I referenced this marketing document with these services and the receptionist acknowledged that and we set up an appointment. So I went to the store and was not off at any services at all. I very rarely give a poor rating however in this particular case I felt it was necessary.

Absolutely horrible services. I have been their client for 4 years, spent $5000 on hearing aids which never worked well. The office didn’t work for a long period and I had to visit another companies just to get my hearing aids adjusted. The old doctor Marvin L. Thomas was very kind and patient. The new doctor has no patience and she’s only looking to sell you new hearing aids. During my warranty period she was never able to adjust my hearing aids or the office was closed and now they want to charge again to fix it. Do not visit this place, the attention now is super bad.

Solid service though a response to my Friday 2:15 p,m. phone call would have been appreciated since I was in panic because I had only one Lyric working and was leaving Florida at 8:30 a.m. Today.

Just wanted to say what a great experience we had with Mr. Thomas and Stephanie at the Miami Connect office. At the outset Stephanie was very warm and welcoming offering us a beverage after a long ride from the west palm area. My visit was all after the sale service of my hearing aids purchased in NYC . Marvin rechecked my hearing and adjusted them to match a change in my hearing. I'm happy to say that my hearing aids are in perfect working order. And thank you Marvin and Stephanie. You both made a potentially nerve racking experience much easier. I would highly recommend your office to both friends and family.

I love this place Marvin is very kind and gives much details and information. If your having trouble with hearing loss I would highly recommend Connect Hearing. Everyone was nice and the whole office is clean. I also received two follow up calls to see how I was doing with my trial pair love it..

Very nice office! Went with my grandmother and they were very helpful and understanding. Marvin went over the results in detail and recommended based on my grandmother needs and budget. Also, Stephanie was very kind and translated in Spanish, so that she could understand. I highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking to buy hearing aids. The office is very spacious with nice decor. I took my grandma here to get fit with hearing aids and Marvin was so helpful. He made everything so easy and really took the time to make sure we understood the aid and the fitting process. I would recommend to anyone considering buying a hearing aid!

I have been taking my father here for a couple of years. I must say that Gail is amazing and she really cares for his hearing. She is always patience with us and takes her time. The office manager Irma is amazing as well. She put is in right away into the schedule. I hope that Irma lasts because they have been quite few people that were new in the office, but I hope she stays for a long time and she speaks Spanish as well., which was great to hear her on the phone. This was and always would be a place that I feel wonderful going into. I have recommended friends to come in and see Gail, and they have... They all said that she was amazing too. The office is always clean and smells good too. I enclosed a picture of the office so everyone can take a look.
