Hearing Aid Center in Jupiter, FL - AudioNova

Thank you, David love. I appreciate your cooperation and help with my lost key as well as my hearing aid appointment

friendly and efficient staff. I would definitely go back there.

Dave is very experienced, knowledgeable and patient, and was committed to helping me optimize my hearing.

Grace and David are excellent. I am very disappointed that this location has no loaner hearing aids. One of mine needs to be sent out for service and I will be traveling with no hearing aid in my dominant ear.

Excellent service from David

Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great client interface and dialog. Completely open, helpful and transparent!

Great service by Grace and David. Hopefully ear wax removal will solve my feedback problem.

Excellent

Wonderful people🥰

Appreciate the professionalism and great service.

It couldn’t have been a better first visit. Office staff are professional and personal. Extremely helpful. Very easy. I learned a lot and wonder why it took me so long to do this!

Dr Live was wonderful to work with & extremely knowledgeable about the hearing aids he suggested to me. No pressure. I defiantly recommend him if you are ready to purchase hearing aids.

Great audiologist- explained everything in detail to me

Had a great experience with AudioNova. I was on vacation and my phonak charging station stopped working. They not only order me a new one but gave me a loaner until the new one came in. Great people and service.

Good customers service

Adjustment solved the problem

AudioNova does a very good job describing why hearing aids are needed. The detail regarding needing hearing aids was very detailed on the function of the ear while explaining how as we age it’s amazing abilities start to wear and in doing so does effect our understanding of what’s being said. I found it all very fascinating and relief that I wasn’t losing my mind!

Grace was so caring and helpful! I highly recommend!!

Just a simple check up today. All went timely and well. Will revisit in the fall.

Very proffesional staff and helpful

No wait before appointment. Everything went smoothly and professionally.

I am very pleased with my new Phonac hearing aids. They have definitely improved the quality of the sounds I am now hearing.

Excellent experience! David thoughtfully explained everything and provided me with the best advice for correcting my hearing issues. Highly recommend him and his staff if you are in need of hearing aides.

Conscientious care which I appreciate.

I had my first appointment today and Trevor was amazing. He's very knowledgeable and I was quite surprised when my insurance covers my office visit and the hearing aids! I'll be getting my hearing aids next week on Wednesday, I got the first appointment of the day. I'm so excited about how far advanced hearing aids have become. It's my first time getting hearing aids and I can't wait to get them. Thanks Trevor 😄

Note on door says, closed Monday and Thursday but internet says open all week!@ Really a drive here for nothing!!

Wonderful experience Everyone was so professional Will always recommend them

Chris was excellent. Very knowledgeable and competent. Good personality and service. I recommend him and the facility to anyone needing hearing help

We just purchased my mom’s first set of hearing aids. I accompanied her during her appointments and learned so much. Matthew Tillman provided excellent service - with patience, clear communication and truly helped my mom feel at ease during the entire process. There are many choices out there for hearing aids; but we are so thankful to have found Elite Hearing Centers in Jupiter particularly because of Matthew Tillman’s incredible manner that gave us the confidence and trust we needed. Also sending a special thanks to Chiquitta at the front desk for her level of customer service. Thank you!

I received a flyer from the Elite Center in Jupiter Fl and decided to get an extra set of hearing aides because my previous set is getting old and wanted a backup. Matthew Tillman the hearing specialist did a hearing test and we ordered the Phonak Audeo CShell. Special slim tip silicone molds were needed and of all the ear molds that I have had in the past 15+ yrs these are the best. Matthew is patient understanding and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for his clients I highly recommend the Jupiter Elite Hearing Center and Matthew.

This establishment rates a five star. Staff are very courteous and helpful. They offer many free services and were able to fix my hearing aid.

This office is very professional and helpful. Their service is excellent. It is conveniently located in the Jupiter West Plaza. I strongly recommend them for your hearing needs.

How did I live all this time with subpar hearing? Michael and his staff are super professional and caring! What are joy to be able to hear clearly and distinctly like I did back in high school! Easy peasy!

Let me start out by saying I am 69 years old and on Medicare… I have been abused by virtually every medical appointment I ever had. The I don’t care attitudes of staff and Doctors don’t call you back …I was not looking forward to this appointment figuring it would be the same standard shuffle…On the contrary I am so happy with this company and this Office. My appointment was ON TIME. Michael knew how important it was to have my husband at this appointment and insisted that he be there with me and be included. We never learned so much about hearing at a hearing test. Micheal was so informative… He explained and demonstrated my hearing problem and how exactly the hearing aids would help… He also explained the differences and limitations in the different aids and what to expect … None of my questions were ignored they were addressed…He helped me with my budget to get me the product that I need and could afford… Never was their any pressure … I was treated as an individual not only with my test but my budget as well… from the first day I got my hearing aids it was a total transformation… I could hear… My husband does not have to repeat anything anymore… I AM A PERSON AGAIN…….I highly recommend this office if you are in need of hearing help… P.s. I have been to Costco and got the shuffle and I don’t care attitude… My best decision was going to Elite…..

Friendly excellent service. Very thorough exams and explanations of how hearing works and how hearing aids work. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service very helpful and very modern techniques

I've had hearing aids for 8 years and simply was uncomfortable wearing them. I saw the Elite ad in the newspaper and went to visit Michael Zinni at their hearing center in Jupiter, FL. He fitted me with the new Signia rechargable hearing aids which are smaller and fit better. The hearing level is greater and the service was excellent.

I could not be more pleased with my new hearing aids! I don't know why I waited so long. I saw a ad for Elite Hearing Centers of America in the local newspaper and decided to look into it. The free hearing exam was very thorough and the results were displayed on a graph that Michael explained in great detail. He answered every question that I had about my hearing loss and what I could expect once I started wearing hearing aids. I began a 30-day free trial with the hearing aids that we both agreed were right for me. The improvement in my hearing was nothing short of amazing! Michael made a few minor adjustments to make sure they fit perfectly. Kelsey always made me feel welcome and called me during the first month to ask how I was doing with my new hearing aids. That's customer service! For the record, the staff always wears face masks, sanitizer is readily available and visits are by appointment only.

The staff were all very helpful and courteous of my situation. Will definitely be back :-)

So many people don't get their hearing tested enough. This place offers so many services, even for free! The best place to go for your hearing needs!

A wonderful experience for my husband. Michael is thorough, supportive especially when it comes to Veterans. His kindness, patience and HONESTY is truly wonderful. If anyone needs assistance, advice or reassurance this is the place for you. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend anyone suffering from hearing loss. Thanx Michael

What a terrific experience. Michael taught us a lot. The recommendations we were given will greatly improve our lives. I will have a much happier husband. My husband Thomas and I highly recommended everyone to experience the respect and honesty you will get. Thank you,
