Dr. Bar was extremely helpful in arranging for a loaner charger while I was in Florida on vacation. Went out of his way to call other providers that had my equipment. Was so grateful!!

Extremely knowledgeable and caring. Analysis of problems is acute and right on. Important follow up with patients primary. Pricing is better than fair but the service is a more important feature of their offerings. A pleasure to work with such a marvelous and caring staff.

I purchased, my hearing aids at Elite, and was completely satisfied with both the price and service I have been dealing with Chris since the beginning and he has been incredibly helpful in showing me how to properly use all the bells and whistles as well as cleaning, adjusting the aids as needed. I strongly recommend that you see Chris before making any final decisions.

From the time of my first call I was extremely impressed with the Representative who called me back. Sarai office secretary very profesional , kind and cheerful made me feel at home. The young tech, Chris professional, very helpful and more interested at getting what is best for the client not just like at other hearings providers, that try to sell and Chris on the contrary had and showed he had my best interest. I love this place. Lanie was professional and personal with me . She took the time to listen and explained everything to me that I needed. She was very thorough with my hearing test and made sure it was right for me. I highly recommend Elite hearing centers and make sure you ask for Lanie.

After a thorough exam, Glen Kenyon took great care in educating and helping my mom choose the right hearing aid for her needs. Melissa is a great asset to the center as she mans the front desk, welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. The physical space is very bright and clean. Highly recommend

Great place with amazing people. Glen the specialist is an absolute rock star! He educated me so much on my particular hearing loss and gave me more valuable information than any audiologist or ENT I’ve ever seen, and trust me I’ve seen my fair share! So happy with my overall experience there.

After going to 2 other hearing aid stores I came here. Robert Feinberg tested myself and my wife. He treaded us like family and made our purchase very easy. This was first time we used hearing aids and were a little nervous. He and his staff were most friendly. This is several months later and they were more than helpful with several nominal issues. Don’t go anyplace else!

This center in particular is my absolute favorite. Every time I have called to set my grandmother up for an appointment, the PCC member named Melissa is ALWAYS helpful and cheery on the phone. There have been multiple instances where we’ve had to reschedule or work out a few things with my grandmothers care over the phone and in person at the facility and Melissa has consistently shown professionalism and graciousness throughout every interaction. I will NOT go anywhere else because Melissa makes every interaction so effortless and welcoming. DO NOT LOSE HER!!
