I originally purchased My Opticon hearing aids from Matthew. Every year I have gone in there and had my hearing thoroughly tested again and minor adjustments and cleaning was performed by Matthew at no cost I highly recommend Matthew for his professionalism and commitment to his customers I’m leaving him the highest rating

The prospect of getting new hearing aids was pretty anxiety ridden for me. I had heard horror stories from friends about the use and the process. I was so lucky to have met MATTHEW and Danielle at Audio Nova in Boca Raton, Florida. They made the process almost seamless, answered all of my questions with patience, and showed me how to use the hearing aids. The whole process was not only easy, but professional and efficient. It turned my whole experience into a life change. I would recommend the hearing aids and Audio, Nova, (actually MATTHEW), to anyone. The hearing aids are easy to use and terrific.

Over the past 8 years, I have had an excellent experience at AudioNova working with Mathew Kassem. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, personable and gives understandable explanations. Very thorough took time with me very good customer service

We received an invitation to receive a free hearing test from AudioNova. We made an appointment and received a very extensive hearing test from a very personal and expert Board Certified Hearing Care Provider Matthew Kassem. He explained everything thoroughly. By the end of the explanation, I was convinced that the hearing aid he recommended was the one for me. I tried the aids and was extremely pleased. I no longer have to struggle to hear people and could hear TV clearly at a normal level. The cost of these Swiss precision made hearing aids may be more than many other types but these are custom made and worth every penny I paid. I can go back and meet with Matthew any time if I have questions or need additional training. This is definitely the place and the person to see if you need a quality hearing aid.
