Hearing Aid Center in San Antonio, TX - AudioNova

One if the easiest and worry free experiences I have had. Professional and kind. 10/10

Great professionals that provide affordable options for better hearing.

Such genuine concern about making everything right. Everyone there are awesome!

I have been coming here for quite some time over the years, as someone who was for the most part born deaf I appreciate the promptness and respect that I have been given. Customer service is a very hard thing to find and me personally being a harsh critic of customer service since I am in that industry. You can always find great customer service here.

This was our first experience with Connect Hearing, and we were blown away by the excellent customer service we received. Dr. Graves was very thorough and answered all our questions. We will definitely be coming back for all our future hearing aid needs.

Am very satisfied with the way that Martha Graves set my hearing aids,I can simply say that she is beyond knowledgeable and knew my needs better than I knew myself. Always an appointment is made based on my needed time and day and without ever had to wait for long. Great and friendly patient service with the front desk. Will highly recommend to anyone in need for an audiologist..Thank You..

I am very happy with the service I received from Connect Hearing. From my first appointment right through to wearing my hearing aids I was treated so very well. I totally reccomend Connect Hearing.

Great service from professional staff. Always ready to help.

Always so warm and welcoming!

Knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, professional, great place to work with!

Thorough. Knowledgeable. Willing to address all my concerns. Very glad to have found Dr. Graves.

Teah is awesome and very helpful!

Very friendly front desk.

Connect helped me hear my wife better. Definitely not buying more batteries!

Besides the great and super friendly service by all staff, I especially appreciated how they made the insurance coverage process so clear. What they said would happen with insurance was true with no back ended cost that other places were going to do. So, highly recommend for peace of mind and trust.

Very professional and thorough. Very pleased. These are the second set I have procured from this vendor.

The front office staff person is always friendly and helpful. Wait time for a scheduled appointment is minimal. Dr. Martha Graves is thorough in her evaluation, and she offers several options for treatment. She is readily available for unscheduled visit requests and can make many repairs to hearing aids in her office. She is not "pushy" with sales but outlines the benefits and costs with the various aids. After more than four years with the same hearing aid, I am considering upgrading to a newer, more advanced model, and I will definitely be seeking the assistance of Dr. Graves for that. I would recommend her to any of my friends.

I love the way they run their business. Everyone is so nice and very helpful, there isn't a time that I can complaint except my left hearing side came out defaulted and so is was more in repair than in my ear,but they try to help me as much as possible.

Always available and willing to do anything to make the most of my hearing aids.

I knew I was needing Hearing Aids. I was initially tested in Albuquerque, NM. However, I was moving to San Antonio, Texas in June and was advised to make an appointment with Connect Hearing, 3023 Thousand Oaks. After my move was complete I visited their facility, and was impressed from day one with Dr. Martha J. Graves and her Office Staff. I had a hearing evaluation performed in Albuquerque and provided Dr. Graves with the results. Despite that evaluation, another evaluation was performed. Hearing aids were recommended and I began my trial period. After wearing the aids approximately one week, hearing aids were selected and foam impressions of my ear canals were made. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend Dr. Graves to anyone who feels they are in need of aids to improve their hearing ability!

Mercedes Provost..... comes to see Martha Graves.....and we just love her and Teah they are like family bto us. Always welcome us with a smile and if there is any new information on any , they let us know....a very compassionate team they are. We are blessed to be part of there team as family. 🤗

The experience of getting tested, having hearing aids matched to meet my needs, and having everything explained to me in terms that I understood was superb. I highly recommend Connect Hearing, and the excellent staff there.

Very professional. I was comfortable and the appointment was on time! I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Great experience. The staff was professional and very nice.

I used to live very close to Connect Hearing and have been so satisfied with the treatment reviewed by Martha and Katie that I drive more than 20 miles for my appointments. The extra drive is more than worth it!

I've been dealing with Dr. Graves and Katie for over 5 years. I won't go anywhere else. (I already made that mistake once.) Dr. Graves is professional and caring and always available. Katie's customer service is unmatched! I highly recommend them!

Excellent and responsive care.

Great service!
