The way this business treats the elderly is a shame. My 90-year-old parents ordered some hearing aids almost a month ago and they still have not received them. Dear Owner, I tried to get your name and contact info but Rema was very hateful and rude to me - refused to give it to me.

The audiologist who I saw was professional and did a great job replacing the tubes in my hearing aids. The missing star is simply because Dr Muir had retired. Dr Muir always had a smile on her face and was familiar with my needs. Now I’ll have to break in a new audiologist!

Words really can’t describe the experience I had at Connect Hearing with Dr. Muir and her lovely patient coordinator, Kathy. They are a dream team! When I first went to Dr. Muir I was 28 with sudden and severe hearing loss. Through the many appointments I had, I always felt welcomed and taken care of fully as well as educated on my hearing loss. Dr. Muir was able to direct me into a program with the Texas Workforce Commision so I could recieve full funding for my top of the line Phonak hearing aids. My life has completely changed because of this team! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I have the upmost respect and a ❤️ full of gratitude for these wonderful ladies! Thank you Connect Hearing, Dr. Muir & the ever so kind Kathy!
