I went to several other hearing aid dealers which were unable to fix my hearing aids. This office was able to repair my hearing aids twice. Their customer service was excellent. I will go to them for any new hearing aids.

The ladies that work there? Oh honey, they’re not just the bees’ knees—they’re the whole hive, the honeycomb, and the sweet golden drizzle on top! Their smiles shine brighter than a glitter-covered disco ball at a sunshine party. If good vibes were currency, these gals would be billionaires. They don’t just make the world go ‘round—they give it jazz hands, a pep talk, and a double shot of espresso! Honestly, if kindness were a sport, they’d be gold medalists every time. Bless their sparkly, fabulous hearts!

I recently took my teenager to have her hearing checked. I am so glad I chose this location! Deborah Lekarczyk was her Audiologist. Deborah was patient and took her time to explain how the test would happen. She addressed all of my daughter's concerns with care. I highly recommend this location! Thank you!

I took my father to Connect Hearing for adjustments to his hearing aids provided by the VA. He is not from the area or a patient of Connect Hearing but they cleaned and adjusted his hearing aids while he was in town recuperating from an illness. The staff was very professional and eager to help. I would definitely recommend them!
