- Caroline Do, H.I.S.Caroline was born in Chicago and grew up in the northwest suburbs. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has been working in the hearing aid industry since 2009. She became a licensed hearing instrument specialist because she loves working and connecting with people, building relationships, and being able to change the lives of those around her. Outside of work, she enjoys music, being outdoors, exploring the city of Chicago, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
