- Joshua Vinquist, BS, HIS-ACA/AudioprosthologistJoshus Vinquist is a Hearing Instrument Specialist in the Dubuque, Waterloo, and West Union clinics. He has 18 years of experience and is an accredited Audioprosthologist by the International Hearing Society. Over the last 6 years at AudioNova, Josh has enjoyed discovering each individual patient’s “fingerprint”, so he can fit to their individual needs. He truly enjoys interactions with his patients; they have so much knowledge and diverse experiences to share. Josh enjoys his work and loves changing people’s lives. Josh was in the service and is a US Army Infantry veteran. He enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family.

With a unique perspective shaped by her own experience wearing hearing aids, she understands the profound impact hearing loss can have on relationships and daily life. Her clinical expertise includes hearing aid fittings and hearing tests. Passionate about helping others, she volunteers at church and advocates for causes like tinnitus-mental health awareness and family-centered care. Outside of work, Deserae enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and their two teenagers, Lucas and Zoey. She also loves attending church, video editing family memories, hiking, and exploring with her family and dog.
