Krystal earned her license from the state of Arizona after completing the AudioNova Hearing Care Academy. She holds a Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding from Purdue University Global, where she graduated in 2023 with a remarkable 3.92 GPA.
Driven by a personal connection to hearing care, Krystal has spent over 25 years supporting her six children with special needs, focusing on auditory processing challenges. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in hearing care to help others improve their quality of life. Her passion lies in transforming lives by helping people rediscover the joy of sound, from hearing birds chirp for the first time in years to reconnecting with loved ones.
