AudioNova - Madison

Was tested/counseled by Dana at the Madison east location. Thoroughly explained my hearing strengths and weaknesses and shared her recommendations for the Audeo I90 Sphere as the overall best option and why. Discussed other device options, but agreed on this AI enhanced option as the best solution. She invited all questions and took the time to listen to whatever I wanted to say. Even let me actually try it in office. Serviced and updated my existing hearing aids, and mutually agreed on my purchasing strategy, all the while with no pressure whatsoever. Researched independent reviews and ratings online, and found all her information to be accurate. I came away feeling totally comfortable going forward with my next hearing aid purchase. Add a big shoutout as well to Beccah, the hearing coordinator for being so courteous and professional upon entering. She was incredibly polite and welcoming, and displayed an authentic smile the whole duration of my visit. Will absolutely recommend without hesitation to my family and friends, and anyone else I encounter that would be looking to increase their hearing capabilities going forward!

It’s exciting to upgrade your hearing aids. Dana Lee on Lien road. She is comfortable to work with and made the whole process go smoothly. I have a small ear canal and she helped me change out the earbuds and made them comfortable. Also, she is personality plus with older people🤗

What a GREAT experience we had at East Madison AudioNova with Dana and Beccah! My 88 year young Mom received excellent, thourough care. Dana is so professional and caring. She was able to help my Mom with every aspect of her hearing health from adjusting her hearing aids to maintaining them and doing this all at the most economical way. She got the best hearing aids at the best price. She even gave me a hearing test for free so I have a baseline for the future ( I'm next). Hearing and being able to engage with family and friends is priceless!! I am comfortable telling my friends and family to have Dana help them because I know they are in good hands!!!!!!!! Dana and Beccah are a great team. Check 'em out!!!!!!!

Received excellent service again at my appointment Feb 16. Was welcomed by Becca upon arrival and then saw Dana Lee who asked how things were going since my last appointment. Programmed my hearing aid with my phone which blew my mind as I had no clue that’s how things go nowadays. Learning a lot with my first hearing aid experience. Of course several questions as I’m still in the learning stage and always receive a full explanation by Dana Lee. She’s very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Looking forward to seeing her again in the Fall.

In mid-September, Dana worked diligently to pair my hearing aids and connect them to my iPhone while I was in Madison from the West Coast attending a family reunion. While she wasn't able to complete the fix, she directed me to another hearing specialist who did. Nevertheless, I commend Dana for a great effort and concern for this 84 year-old out-of-state visitor.

Elite Hearing on Lien Road is a wonderful place to go for your hearing needs. Erica was very friendly upon entering the building and offered us refreshments while we waited.
