I went in with a hearing aid and charger not working from a different company. I left hearing better than I had with the previous hearing aids I had for 7 years. I was very impressed and pleased with my service. Thank you!

I went to Audio Nova to see about hearing aids for myself. I tried 2 different kinds of the internet and sent them back. Audio Nova fixed me right up. They did a hearing test on me and showed me the aids that were the best for me. The girls there were terrific to deal with. I am now able to hear things clearly again. I would reccomend Audio Nova to anyone looking for assistance to help their hearing.

April and Krystal are amazing! They have answered ALL of my questions with kindness and respect. I've felt some of MY questions might have been basic, but they never treated my questions as such. My husband went to a different Audio Nova and was treated with little to no respect. Please go to Audio Nova Janesville. You won't be sorry!

My mom had an appointment yesterday, with April. She’s back at the Janesville Clinic & we’re so excited. She’s professional, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, & truly listens.

The people that run this center are amazing. I have gone there twice now both times to fix my hearing aids, once the day before my daughter's wedding had them fixed and cleaned in under 15 minutes and always with a smile. They are awesome!!! I will recommend them to everyone!

We lived in Town of Beloit for over 12 years, Elite Hearing Aids in Janesville took care of my husbands hearing aid requirements before moving to North Carolina for retirement. After moving to North Carolina my husband had problems with one of the hearing pieces to his hearing aids and we could not find a hearing air location that serviced his brand. We contacted Elite Hearing in Janesville Wisconsin and after a couple of phone calls we were able to resolve the issue and obtain the correct replacement parts. My husbands hearing aids are working as good as new now, and we could not be happier with our outstanding level of service provided.

I went to Elite Hearing in hopes of getting a hearing aid to replace an aging one. I was very pleased with their professionalism and personal touch.. I received my hearing aids within a week of ordering them! Joanne was extremely helpful and I would recommend Elite Hearing of Janesville to anyone and have already done so!

She worked with me very closely in explaing how to put in my hearing aides and taking them out and also answered all my questions I may have had. She talked to me about hearing different noises I will hear now that I may have not heard before. Very caring person.

Have been going there for many years. I noticed a change in my left ear and went to see Lacey and Joanne. Joanne gave me a very thorough exam and suggested new hearing aids. The pair I had were over 5 years . I was fitted for a pair of the Phonak Audeo Marvels. These are very comfortable, and the fact they are rechargeable is a definite plus. I also like the fact I can adjust them with an app. Joanne and Lacey were a joy to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone who might need help with their hearing.

Very helpful in retesting and calibration of my hearing aid

This hearing center helped my 88 year old dad with his existing hearing aids. We thought he needed to purchase new ones but Joanne and Lacey checked his hearing, cleaned his hearing aids and adjusted them. Never charge you for services and didn’t sell us product as they felt his didn’t need replacing as had great quality ones. Recommend if your parents are having issues with their hearing aids .. to go here. Nicest people and very caring. Took their time helping us too.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff

I had trouble hearing in several situations, I finally decided I had to do something about it. I recalled issues friends had years ago with hearing aids and how they seemed to have more problems than they had good results. Elite Hearing Centers and Joanne really changed my mind. I was given the most complete hearing exam I have ever had and after that Joanne determined the proper hearing aids for me. The order only took a few days to receive and I was fitted with my new aids. What a difference they have made, my wife no longer has to repeat things when we talk and she is able to stay in the same room with me when I watch television because it no longer blast her out of the room. What a great product and people to work with. Do yourself a favor see them about your hearing issues you will be glad you did. DON’T WAIT.
