AudioNova - Glendale

This was my first totally thorough hearing exam and it was relatively quick and very easy to do. I received great understanding even before testing started as my tester, Julie, went over my background and concerns. Afterwards, I saw graphical results of where my hearing stood and options that were available to help me with a longstanding hearing issue that's not directly related to loss of hearing. I was very happy with my results, my tester, and the receptionist. Overall, it was a great experience. I totally recommend this office to anyone who is thinking about getting to hearing tested.

The best friendly and professional services (Julie) and excellent exam/test. I chose the Phonak brand hearing aids, based on Julie’s advice. The hearing aids were delivered the next day with audio settings programmed. Julie showed me how to use/adjust settings for different situations. I linked my television, IPhone, Think Pad and speakers in other rooms so they’re synchronized and work together flawlessly. Perfect choice for me. My insurance covered the entire cost and the outstanding guidance and follow-up and care from Julie has been a great success for me!!!!

Fantastic. It turned out that the new right hearing aid got delivered to their office the day I went in to drop off a faulty charger. Julie set me up straight away. And we able to determine the charger was ok, but the left hearing aid was the problem

My experience with Audio Nova, (then, Elite Hearing) began several years ago in the Menomonee Falls office, where I was fortunate to meet hearing specialist, Julie Morgan. Her knowledge, kindness & dedication to her customers, makes her a credit to not only her profession, but to Audio Nova as well. Julie, and her secretary Regina, stand head & shoulders above all other hearing aid providers. Julie is a truly a rock star.

When I realized that I had a hearing loss I went to the Elite Hearing Centers of America location at 6807 N. Green Bay Avenue in Glendale, Wisconsin. Hearing Instrument Specialist Julie Morgan asked me questions about how my hearing loss was impacting me and conducted a series of tests to determine the extent of the hearing loss. She then described the results in understandable terms and explained how hearing aids could improvement what I was experiencing. She was extremely knowledgable, caring in her approach and attentive to all of my questions. The hearing aids she provided have changed my life. Thank you Julie and Elite Hearing Centers of America.

The friendly, professional staff at Elite Hearing helped me choose my second pair of hearing aids which are differently styled and more satisfactory than my first pair I had gotten elsewhere. Both staff and hearing aids have served me well. When I go back for free checkups under the warranty, I am greeted by name. I'm cared for by the same person (Julie Morgan in this instance); continuity of care is important. Big box stores offer one stop shopping but not, I suspect, such an experienced staff & latest technology.

Julie Morgan has exceeded our expectations…very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to the concerns of my 91 yr old mother. The exam was very thorough and she gave my mother some important tips on the use/care of her hearing aids.

I can’t say enough about Julie Morgan. A very personable, knowledgeable, thorough and professional individual. Julie doesn’t do just your common beeping frequency testing. It’s much more involved with voice recognition, words, sentences and static. If you’re looking for a hearing test/and consultation, I recommend 100% Julie is your person

In my business, there is nothing more important than great customer service. Having said that, the main reason that I go to this location is because of the exceptional customer service that Julie Morgan exemplifies. She always makes me feel like I am the most important person in the room. Her listening and communication skills are unparalleled. While In the waiting room, I’ve heard and seen her interact with customers, many of them older. Her patience and communication, with an older clientele, is impressive. And, she’s so darn smart and skilled. Her proficiency is obvious. If I could use her at my company, I would try to steal her away!

Julie Morgan is a kind, patient, friendly and understanding audiologist. You will be well taken care of as she is very competent and stable. I haven't had to find a new audiologist in 6 years! She will go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied. She is a top notch professional.
