I was a bit worried about the process of getting a hearing aids and what would it be like wearing them I talked with Melanie Wight the hearing specialist. She was very thorough in her explanations and the hearing test itself was explained exceptionally well! She welcomed all questions and brought up information I never thought of. My husband went to Audio Nova before me and was so impressed and happy with his hearing aids! Another thing that made me look forward to having hearing aids is that he is bald and no one has noticed them at all! If you are thinking of having much better hearing go to AUDIO NOVA in KENT!

Everyone in the office is 100%. They explained everything completely and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left. I would very much recommend this office!

Got hearing aid one year ago and lost one side they told me there will be $400.00 charge to replace it. What happen to the warranty and free replacement of lost aid. So, I decided to look into Costco hearing aid and found out Costco hearing aid are a better product hearing aid and cost less and you can get free hearing test and six months with their hearing aid you can get an adjustment on you Costco purchase of hearing aid.

The process of getting someone to call back (didn’t happen) while trying to schedule an appointment was quite challenging. I finally was able to reach a receptionist and the rest was handled very professionally.

I first went to Puget Sound Hearing in Covington to get my existing hearing aids clean and then the left one went bad. I got a hearing test and a new set of Phonak hearing aids and they are awesome! The young lady who helped was so wonderful, professional, and efficient. I was in and out very quickly and can now hears things I have not heard in 15-20 years. Very good service and the people are great!

I would like to state i have 5 disabilities. Even so, the wonderful lady with the 80s haircut is very pleasant and accommodating. We attempted to modify my hearing aid, but the program was not opening. I can not remember her name for the hearing adjustment, but egardless, she listened to all my concerns and attempted to be as resourceful as possible. The office fumes a great work environment. Thank you so much for working with me! Keep up the great work! You all have been absolutely fantastic.

Receptionist was friendly and informative. Did not have to wait. One hearing aid had to be sent out for repair, but they were able to provide a loaner. In and out in 15 minutes.

My grandma was very sceptical about hearing aids and took a lot for me to even get her to come get evaluated. The staff was so lovely, they made her feel at ease, and she's loving the hearing aid they ultimately gave her. Wears it every day. Says it's comfortable and she gets so excited each time she heard something she hasn't heard in a long time because of her hearing loss! And we can finally watch TV at a reasonable volume 😂
