Just came to get my friend's hearing aids after being worked on. Lady at front desk was cheerful & polite. Quickly helped me with what I needed. Thank you for your kindness.

I have been using them for over 10 years.Staff real friendly and knowledgeable on their products. Even with the name change( staff too) I still get the same great service.

Great place, fit me (34m) with a great hearing aid, and is always amazing when I return for maintenance. Even taught me a new thing about my hearing disability.

Much improved from 15 months ago when I last visited, called back for further information twice, and got ghosted twice. Advance call from a friendly young man reminding me of my appointment, emails as well. At the office, the biggest challenge is very limited parking. Friendly office staff member had me fill out paperwork. Dr. Silva and I discussed the results of my previous visit and she decided to give me a current test. We discussed what was to follow afterwards. It felt much more productive and as one would expect.

Amazing friendly ladies that are super sweet, patient and my 9yr old got to be involved in watching me take my hearing test and he definitely enjoyed himself with the Dr. today. Very unexpected that she was so excepting of him being curious and asking questions while doing my test and talking and laughing like fast friends... never knowing they just met! Very pleased and hope to keep them for our hearing needs from here on out!

The staff at Puget Sound Hearing Aid &Audiology change lives for the better. They have been so life changing for me, my loved ones and those who communicate with me. I was isolating because I could not hear and did not want to be a bother to those who I could not hear. I can now hear bird's and music, but most importantly, my wonderful lady. I waited too long to visit the wonderful people. I wasted so much time with other so called hearing aid centers when I only needed to go here. I visited the office at Silver Lake/Everett and I could not be happier. I write this review with tears in my eyes, tears of overwhelming emotions of the fact that because of the wonderful staff here i can hear, I do not have to read lips or guess what is being said. I can hear, thank you with all my heart. The first time I really heard the love of my life say "I love you" and not having her repeat it over again. Thank you Puget Sound Hearing Aid & Audiology.

After having my hearing aid for two months I experienced an issue with my charger. I called and got an appointment within a day or two. While in the office my hearing aids were updated and my charger was sent off to the manufacturer. A week later it is back and working great. Very happy with the service

I saw Nicola for my first hearing test since the one I had as a kid. She made it fun, and thoroughly explained everything. This office is great, the front desk staff was very kind and friendly. While I was waiting, another person came in for a quick repair as a walk-in for hearing aids that had broken that morning, on their way to go on vacation. They were in and out in about 5 minutes. Very impressed with this place!

I can hear! Because of Mary Silva, I heard my 5 yr old granddaughter talk to me without having to yell. She has the sweetest voice. I can hear my spouse speak to me without having to engage his diaphragm. But most of all, I don't have that alone feeling anymore, I feel engaged. Dr Silva is thorough, professional and incredibly nice. She let me borrow the demo pair of hearing aids until the ones she ordered for me came in. Financing was a breeze. I have nothing but love for Dr Silva and the clinic. Thank you for giving my hearing back to me!

This place has taken excellent care of my hearing aids providing what is to me a plan of care. Something my first provider did not even consider. I’m glad I found this place. Actually they found me by inviting me to a free dinner that I ended up not taking. Lol

I hope this is the best place for providing best hearing to those who have asymmetric and fluctuating hearing loss with tinitus like me. Looking forward to meeting the audiologist there. Oh yes .great. I met Mary Silva Au.D. She is so good in her service to me that I never forget. She did all the tests of my ears. I tried widex hearing aids there. I know my ears are not so easy. I felt comfortable enough to hear but my recognition of words still less than 50 percent. So she has said to me she would also let me try phonak marvel 90 and starkey livio 2400. She has taken my ear sizes for costume fit .She is so nice and kind to a patient . Thanks a lot. I am looking forward to meeting her next time for my better hearing soon.

I can’t say enough, my son’s hearing aids have had issues, and I could find someone who serviced them. I brought him in a walk in appointment, and got his issues taken care of. For not being a patient, all I really can say WOW. These people really took care of us. I just wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I took a family member here. If there's a choice on the insurance plan I wouldn't choose here. There were too many mistakes and minamel apologies. I am happy with the final outcome as the devices do work, but it wasn't worth the extra time.
