Everyone of the stuffs were really nice and patient they listen to me and my concern about me not hearing very well got a hearing test and it rooled out that I need hearing aids can't wait to be able to hear better

I have called and left 7 voicemails in the last 2 months checking on the status of my PA for my hearing aids, with absolutley NO call backs. We have went in and the lady at the front desk was rude. I have never seen a referral take 2 months for these things and I have never seen such an unprofessional office. 7 VM's Not a single call back. Even if to say, "we don't have it back" is better than being ignored. Once this issue is resolved, We can revisit this review. UPDATE: 3 DAYS LATER 12/20/25 Recieved a call from the Doctor letting me know that they had just went and submitted my PA. I said "it's been 2 months and you're just now sending it in?" "We've been inundated with patients" he said. Seriously? Or did you just forget.... So! This means, that the rude lady at the front desk LIED when she said that they sent it out but my insurance hasn't responded.

They managed to have an open appointment on the same day and able to do my request to receive "aided" audiogram for my employer to prove that I am able to hear things with hearing aids. Thank you.

The staff is so kind here and also fun! I'm so glad they're located close to me as I try to get my domes changed every couple of months and they do this so quickly! I appreciate Audio Nova!

I am visiting from out of state and my hearing aids stopped operating. I called AudioNova because they were nearby to my hotel and they saw me without an appointment. Since I’m not an established patient with them, I wasn’t expecting to be helped. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Chantrelle was wonderful and got my hearing aids back in working order in less than 10 minutes. Would highly recommend!

I had a consult on the 15th or so of May. I had a hearing test and the audiologist did not really review my results in depth. She told me she would order what she could and sent me out the door. I have medicaid, yes, but she offered no options at all or even discussed what was available. I waited until the 5th of June and called for an update. Another location answered and told me they are waiting for authorization and that I had no options in hardware as a medicaid patient. I called back on the 20th of June after still hearing nothing. Another office answered and told me that it was all Inappropriate and she would follow up by end of day. Not a word back. Very disappointed and still waiting to hear my kid talk again.

Friendly and inviting. Receptionist and doctor are awesome.

Incredibly helpful! These have been my hearing aid people for going on three years now and they are the best! Whenever I have an issue, they provide multiple options and they offer to assist me with those options! Also, they are amazing at cleaning and maintenance! Highly recommend.

I just moved to the Edmonds area. My hearing aid broke in the morning. I called Puget Sound Hearing and they told me to come in at 1 pm. They took care of the problem right away and were so welcoming and courteous. I would definitely return. Thank you!

Kind and expert

Quick attention to problem with one of my hearing aids - it stopped working. I was glad it was quickly fixed but I should have requested that the other hearing aide be checked since I treat them equally.

Dr. Williamson spent extra time with me hearing my concerns about a hearing issue and offering great suggestions. This was extremely helpful to me today, and he helped me get started with quality hearing aids previously. Thank you all so much.

A fairly small office with a fantastic audiologist. The hearing test I had was more comprehensive than any other I'd ever taken. The hearing aids I selected are exactly the ones it's hoped for, and I can highly recommend the Phonak Audeo L90s. Please make use of the follow-up visits to fine time your hearing aids, especially the profiles as I found a new ones that really helps in restaurants. The Bluetooth is very advanced and I can a future update will include Auracast capabilities.

Being able to get my hearing aids in one day, instead of three separate appointments saved me time. They did a great job of explaining the use and care ofthe aids.

The team is very friendly and effective. There were some delays, but at the end of the day, I expect that. I enjoyed my visit!

For this first visit I give 5 stars. I have not yet completed the process! I will say Dr Williamson and his assistant at the front desk were both very friendly and professional. The Dr gave good explanations, and was very thoughtful in the whole process. The clinic is also clean and quiet, and easy to get to as well.
