If you are in the Tyler, TX area and need hearing aids- AudioNova is the place to go! Tiffany is just wonderful. So knowledgeable and caring. She is the sweetest human and wants to help in anyway she can. Dr. King is great! He knows what he is talking about and loves to help. Tiffany and Dr. King are amazing. If I could give this business 10 stars I would!

Tiffany is absolutely delightful! Very warm, personable and knowledgeable. You get to meet her first. Dr King is amazing! He’s the audiologist and a very good one. Takes his time with you so you never feel rushed. Very important. Patiently explains all the details. In my case, sometimes more than once. lol I won’t consider going anywhere else. I’m very happy!!

I have received good service until now, except for the process of obtaining reimbursement for my hearing aids. I was told June 2nd that the check came in, so I drove down to the office and was told no, it would be credited on an account I had closed, so they said they would send the check. 4 weeks go by, and nothing. I then drove down again and was told it would go out by Friday, and again, there was no check after 2 more weeks. I then drive down again, as no phone calls have gone through. I am told the check has been approved and that you will get it by Friday. There have now been 2 more Fridays, and nobody answers the phone. I drive 40 minutes to the office to be told that next week, I don't believe there will be a payout at this time. This 1st call was June 2nd then Again on June 23rd then again on Aug 10, Aug 21, Aug 25, Sep 3, Sep 11, Then today I had a call back and was yelled at so I am not sure direction to go at this point. Sad part they wanted the Money right away,

Great folks, only reason not 5 stars is the two experiences I’ve had, neither met their commits on delivery. They tell you 2- weeks, it’ll be 3 or more.

I have been needing a new Audiologist that takes my insurance. AudioNova does! Dr. Spencer is caring and knowledgeable. He is accommodating in every way. I highly recommend AudioNova.

I have been driving from Shreveport, Louisiana to the Connect Hearing facility in Tyler for several years. Why? Dr. Lowry and Tiffany make it worth while. They care and it shows in all they do.

Today I took in my brother’s hearing aids for a small repair and replacement of a tiny part. Dr Lowery treated that as though it was the most important thing on his schedule in that moment. He made the repair quickly, and now the hearing aids work perfectly. I am confident that a professional who gives that level of 100% attention to the tiny details, I can count on him for the big details if trouble comes. We won’t go anywhere else for hearing aids or service. Dr. Lowery is the best. COVID-19 protocols in place were also a big plus, given my brother’s age of 93 puts him in a high risk category.

They have good products and fantastic customer service.
