The hearing exam I had today was so surprising! I did not realize how my hearing had decreased. Dr. Jason Ginapp conducted the test in a professional manner and clearly explained the results to me. I am anxious to receive my hearing aids so that I can improve my life.

As an elderly person 69, which I hate to admit I really appreciated the kindly reminder about the appointment. Not that I forget things lol. Also being offered hot tea, coffee was really nice it was cold that day and rainy. Front desk amazingly fast friendly service she could multitask had me ready to go in seconds. What no waiting! Doctor Jason came to the front himself, and took me to his office. Explaining the procedure was fast and easy to understand. And the follow up what was needed was so simple. Audio Nova treated you like you were part of their own personal family member. I would give them a ten star rating. You guys absolutely rock.

Good. Mr. Jason G. explained in detail all my questions and he is very cordial and takes his time showing me the results.

My experience at Audio Nova is always great. The staff always greets me with a smile and hearing expert Jason Ginapp is always great to chat with and learn more about my hearing aids.

Everyone there was so nice and explanatory. The audiolodist (i think that's what he is) was very helpful in assisting me with the complicated hearing aids.

The receptionist was able to determine that the aids had to be sent in so no appointment was necessary. She was quick and efficient.

Great customer service

Tina and Jen were complete gems. They were professional and personal all at the same time making my grandfathers experience very entertaining and enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

Very friendly ...Jennifer(hearing specialists) helped my mom find a new hearing aid set. She is so nice & has helped mom in past few years. So is great & so patient with mom when mom asks her to repeat what she said due to mom's severe loss of hearing on both sides. The receptionist is just as friendly...2 great employees.

I was treated with the utmost respect when I went to see about getting hearing aids. I was given a hearing test to make sure that I was fitted with the correct hearing aids. I was a bit nervous about this new chapter in my life, but Jennifer was very understanding and supportive . I could not have asked for better service.
