Very nice staff.

Another LEADING purveyor of JUNK MAIL , to the extent of gradually concealing the source of their mailings . Today , to AGAIN remove my address from their junk , took 5 minutes of "agents busy , please hold " to get a live body to AGAIN REMOVE my name from your junk mailings . How hopeless they seem to be. Only one star as there is a none offered ! Can't imagine how needy I'd be to deal with these junkers ! They continue to send their junk mail.Now they send with no sender noted on envelope and NOW offering a FREE turkey . Free turkeys ????

As always Jim provided a thorough examination of my hearing, explaining each step and presenting a "year-to-year" review of the results. I've been going to Jim for years, and he consistently demonstrates a commitment to providing exceptional, personal service! I cannot imagine using any other service for my hearing needs and highly recommend Connect Hearing.

I started doing business with Connect Hearing about 3 years ago. They helped me with an old hearing aid. When it was time to relace it, they let me test a couple of models so I could choose what best suited me. Jim took time to help me understand the features and make them comfortable. Dorothy has been very accommodating with scheduling appointments. Jim and Dorothy work well together and operate a very efficient office. I am very happy with the service and equipment and will highly recommend Hearing Connect to my friends.

After struggling to find a reliable audiologist in austin for more than 5 years, I was SO thankful for the amazing service that Jim offered. Not only did he ensure that I got the exact type of hearing aids I needed, but he also worked diligently with Texas Workforce Commission to make sure it was done in a timely manner. He went above and beyond what was needed in order to make sure that I was happy with the results. And Dorothy is an absolute delight! So very thankful for these folks and their commitment to excellent care.

Was a very professional experience. Wife and I were able to get our hearing tests done at the same time.Reprogrammed and replaced the tubes and ear piece.Hearing is so much clearer. Thank you again from the both of us.

Very helpful, concerned & friendly, but business-like!

I have been using Connect Hearing since I bought my first pair of hearing aids which was 3 years ago. They have given me excellent service by setting up an appointment every 6 months to clean and check my hearing aids to see if they need to be adjusted. They also remove any wax that has accumulated in my ears. Jim and Dorothy are easy to deal with and very competent. I don't know much about hearing aids so I have to trust that they will steer me in the right direction. I highly recommend them.

My Mom's hearing aid needed a new tube and even though her hearing aids are 10 years old, Jim quickly fixed it. Dorothy at the front desk and Jim are very pleasant to work with.

Dorothy is always so pleasant and courteous. It is a pleasure to visit the office. Dr Jim is a very personable and friendly guy. They both take care of me in a professional and friendly manner and make sure everything is perfect before I leave the office. I recommend Connect Hearing and am glad to do so.
