David Littlefield is the kindest and best at what he does for those of us suffering hearing loss from the moment you walk through the door and into his office where he checks your ears for any obvious obstructions in your inner ear canals. He administers the hearing evaluation and recommends the best hearing aid for your positive recovery. He's qualified, dedicated, honest and professional. I trust him to touch my eardrums.

From the moment you enter the door and are greeted by the sweet and friendly front desk person, to the thorough hearing test performed by Dr. Pogue, we have been so impressed by the knowledgeable and professional staff at Connect Hearing. I need a hearing aid and called this center. But had difficulty hearing the woman. I was confirming I called the right number and she hung up on me. I called back thinking I did something as I was uncomfortable about needing a hearing aid. But again she was rude. I was bothering her. I made another appt elsewhere in Denton and the next place was so nice.

I am successfully using the Phonak Virto B70 titanium housing 'in the ear canal' hearing aid. I have used a substantial number of other aids in the past and this Phonak aid is superior to any that I used previously. This is the first 'in the canal' aid I have used and is a major reason that I like this aid. The invisable feature is nice but my principal like is that I use them in an active lifestyle including gardening without concern of loss or damage. John Siegmund, Denton Tx
