I have worked with Connect/Audio Nova before and they have sways been as helpful as they can be, with explanations, demonstrations and patience from the tech Frank, to the receptionist Stephanie, to the audiologist David, The first time I chose them, I had hearing aids I did not buy from and they treated me as if I had. This time I will buy from them because I think they at the best

David was absolutely outstanding.

I am a retired physician. This the best place for audiology concerns. Amusingly, my wife delights in my hearing and speaking normally. I didn't realize how I was annoying others by being too loud.

Always enjoy the visit. Everyone is friendly and courteous. .

The audiologist, David is a true pro at his craft. He cares about his patients and takes the time to hear what they need and want when it comes to their hearing aids. He knows how insurance works and doesn’t try to push products that don’t make sense financially. I’m 100% pleased with my entire experience at Audio Nova/Connect Hearing!

My experience here has been life changing. As a primary caregiver for my 89 yr old father my first task was help with his hearing. This place was our forth and final attempt after over 4 years of failure. David Littlepage is the kindest, most knowledgeable hearing aid specialist we have seen. He uses the computer to program the hearing aids better than anyone we have seen. He worked for a specialist for years and is extremely well versed in anatomy and function of the ear. His lab man Pat has made hearing aids in the past and is a extremely qualified. Maria, up front, was so friendly and accommodating that my Dad felt comfortable in there from the start. Please give them a chance! When we left the delivery appointment, he was telling me he could hear the wind, and the birds! My father is happier, meeting up with friends, and enjoying his youtube video classes. It took a while to break the habit, but I don't have to scream to be heard. Nor retreat from the volume of the tv when he has it on. I can't thank them enough.

I was extremely impressed with everyone at Connect Hearing in Denton. This was my first experience in purchasing hearing aids. The audiologist, Jody was extremely professional, friendly, thorough and sensitive to my needs. Had my first follow up visit, which only reinforced my satisfaction with Jody and Connect.

Jody is a very nice person and she is very good at what she does if u need a hearing aid u need to go to jody and miss betty is very nice and friendly to both of the lady's will make your dad my hubby got a hearing aid from jody and she is very good

From the moment you enter the door and are greeted by the sweet and friendly front desk person, to the thorough hearing test performed by Dr. Pogue, we have been so impressed by the knowledgeable and professional staff at Connect Hearing. I have now accompanied two family members in being fitted for hearing aids here and would not think of going anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Jody and staff!!

I need a hearing aid and called this center. But had difficulty hearing the woman. I was confirming I called the right number and she hung up on me. I called back thinking I did something as I was uncomfortable about needing a hearing aid. But again she was rude. I was bothering her. I made another appt elsewhere in Denton and the next place was so nice.

I am successfully using the Phonak Virto B70 titanium housing 'in the ear canal' hearing aid. I have used a substantial number of other aids in the past and this Phonak aid is superior to any that I used previously. This is the first 'in the canal' aid I have used and is a major reason that I like this aid. The invisable feature is nice but my principal like is that I use them in an active lifestyle including gardening without concern of loss or damage. John Siegmund, Denton Tx

Dr Jody Pogue is AWESOME!!! Everyone in that office was super nice & helpful! The whole experience of testing & getting my hearing aids went smoothly & I can hear so much better!!!
