I bless the day I found Cindy Gregory! I have been a patient at Connect Hearing for almost 5 years, and I have been completely satisfied with the care and treatment I have received. Cindy’s great, so skilled at diagnosing and she brought back my ability to hear!!! Cindy recently fitted me with my second pair of aids and these are definitely not your grandmother’s hearing aids!!!! After wearing them for a few weeks, I feel like I have my natural hearing back!! I’m hearing just like I did in my 20’s and 30’s!!! These aids are a miracle!! They do so much more than give your hearing back, but you’ll have to ask Cindy or her fantastic assistant, Xavier, to explain about the blue tooth, and the phone app and all the things these aids will do. I am enjoying all these features, but not sure how it all works! They are just a tiny engineering marvel!!! I have so much respect and admiration for Cindy. She is an excellent and caring professional, a great listener, and I think she’s the best. I don’t want to neglect Xavier!! He’s so skilled at dealing with people and I think with older people, especially. He respectful, courteous, polite, positive and just a great guy!!!

Super pleased. second year I've been there. they make sound tests and then printout results of left and right ear. they use a little camera to see in your ear first and make sure it's clean and it's projected on the TV screen in front. they take time to explain if you want and they email results.

The reception was so nice and make sure all product are working right. Make sure I was stock on batteries and let me know when sales are going on. Cindy the Audiologist make sure my hearing aid was properly working correctly and make sure the equipment were clean and loud as clear. She was really patient with all hearing aid question I ask and she make sure she give me all the pros and cons about each hearing aid. I would highly recommend going to Connect Hearing. One of the best hearing aid places I been to in Austin, Tx.

Cindy and staff have always been very attentive to my needs over the last 7-8 years. They are also the friendliest professional office in town. I'm always eager to step into their office!

Isaac was very helpful. He not only replaced a hard-to-locate broken tube but cleaned both aids, replaced filters, and discovered a problem with a microphone moisture seal which previous service providers had not noticed. He also shared his experiences with his bluetooth device and about ENTs. It was a totally good experience. We will use this service again and will recommend them to others.

Cindy was most informative about the procedure and testing. She was patient and I didn't feel rushed at all. She explained the results when we finished and went over my options. She answered all my questions and reassured me that her goal was to make things better and less stressful for me. I would highly recommend this location and facility due to the customer service given by Cindy. Thanks.
