My hearing aid needed repair. I took the unit to the Audio Nova office where your representative, CameronWalker, handled the issue in a very professional and pleasant manner. He sent the unit to your repair department. I was promptly informed when the unit was ready and an appointment Was immediately scheduled. Upon my arrival I was promptly received and he quickly reset the hearing aid. Cameron is highly knowledgeable and very customer oriented. I plan to continue my relationship with Audio Nova primarily because of Cameron. You are fortunate to have him in your organization. Respectfully , Clifton Smith. A very satisfied customer.

Cameron is Great!

Cameron is very knowledgeable & well informed on his products & good at explaining which product is best for my type of hearing loss. This is my 3rd set of hearing aids over the last 15 years. Only this time Cameron took time to show me WHY Phonak is the only pair that addressed decreasing background /ambient noise while increasing my ability to actually hear speech clearly. NO Other audiologist sis that! All my other hearing aids simply amplified louder what I did not hear well to begin with. Camerron wanted to be sure I can hear the way I expected & was pleased with my decision.

Katie deserves 10 stars, not just 5. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. I have an older version of Phonak hearing aids which had a problem with the wax filters which another source was unable to solve and she had it fixed in 5 minutes. She also advised of a newer Phonak technology which I will be acquiring. She was most generous with her time and knowledge.

These people know their stuff. They're friendly, professional, and helpful. Their pricing is affordable and they don't upsell.
