Natalie has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful as I adjusted to my hearing aids. She gave great guidance and info the entire way.

Natalie fixed my problem but she squeezed me in between because my left hearing aid did not work (and the weekend was coming up) and I couldn’t hear. She either needs help or not take on so my clients because there r times that we can’t wait for an appointment.

AudioNova’s representative Natalie was informative and welcoming. She performed and explained the hearing tests and results to me and answered any questions that I had. She showed me various hearing aids that would be appropriate for my hearing needs. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because I had to fill out all the patient forms, I’d and insurance information when I got there because they did not have it from the online submission I did days before and got an acknowledgment of receipt from them. I’m leaning towards purchasing from them soon.
