Audio Nova in Montage Mountain is a lovely facility with a warm and welcoming staff. Dr. Jenna Jalowiec-Quinn is knowledgeable, professional and personable. She is extremely patient about any questions I had and could break down technical terms so I could easily understand the information. The appointment was unrushed and I felt able to get a thorough explanation of the technology. My follow up visit enabled me to clear up any questions I had after using my new aids for a couple weeks. Dr. Quinn reviewed care and cleaning techniques and I felt well prepared to enjoy my new aids responsibly. I offer a strong 5 star review for this facility and especially this Doctor.

Discovered a manufacture problem with the app and showed ways around it. Units are working good now.

Rebekah and Jenna have been so helpful and caring. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you understand how to use your hearing aids before you leave and make you feel welcome to come back or call if you have any questions or concerns.

I would highly recommend having your hearing tested here. They are so polite so nice and going to every detail making sure you're comfortable and understand everything that's happening.

I’ve never experienced such sincere customer service with outstanding results in NEPA!!! Rebekah and team went out of their way to help me. I was about to share a weekend with my 80 yr old father celebrating his birthday, and I would have missed half of it unable to hear anything…but Rebekah and AudioNova saved the day!

Dr. Quinn was very helpful and informative. I have had hearing aids for 5 years and lost one so I wanted to replace both with an updated pair.

Th ladies at AudioNova are wonderful. They have treated my father wonderfully even when he is cranky and hard to deal with. Becky is always so kind and helpful. They all know what they are doing and take care of any issues quickly. We truly appreciate them.

Made an appointment and found a gifted audiologist,caring Dr. She described the process all the way thru.fitted me with hearing aids that worked great for me.
