Hearing Aid Center in Sylvania, OH - AudioNova

Randy Jones and his staff were excellent. He gave me a full hearing test and I found out I needed hearing aids. I'm 100% satisfied with this appointment. I give him a five-star. Definitely will stick with him

Amazing provider and staff. Super helpful and caring. Went above and beyond any prior experiences we’ve had with other offices/companies. Bonus: mom called me on her new hearing aids the day she got them. We hadn’t had a phone conversation in years with her due to hearing loss so it was a really special event. Highly recommended team and products.

Great service very friendly. Explain things very well. Randy did a great job.

Very professional. Great people

Incredible care and detail to your satisfaction. Randy was exemplary in providing the exact hearing aids I needed. I'm hearing things for the first time in my life! Hearing loss? Don't wait-you will not be disappointed

I have worn hearing aids purchased elsewhere for eight years. The new ones are a great improvement. The people are pleasant, and the service and pricing very good. I paid more for lower quality aids eight years ago. And my wife paid twice as much for comparable aids two years ago.

My experience with Randy Jones was excellent, He was very informative about the hearing aid I bought!! And I can now hear so much better!! Thanks for your awesome service!!

Excellent customer service. Staff is very knowledgeable. They provide an excellent product. I could not be more satisfied

Friendly receptionist and efficient and Laurie Harple is very knowledgeable and thorough on hearing testing and explaining hearing aids. The ability to use true hearing setup allows for using hearing aids to match my hearing loss that was best for me. Connect hearing is willing to help to get the best results for hearing better. It made a big difference for me. Thank You Connect Hearing.

everything was presented in an orderly way.

After my hearing test the results were explained and I understood where my hearing is at this time. It was a comfortable place to be and the staff is extremely supportive.

I have had excellent service. I appreciate Janet’s gracious efficiency very much. I appreciate Jeff’s ability to help me with the fine points of getting the best use out of my new hearing aids for my specific need. I have confidence in and appreciate both of them.

Laurie and Janet are the dynamic duo with great thorough patient care and experiences. If you’re in or near Toledo, this is the place to go for hearing care.

Very Pleasanton Good service

I'm glad my mother chose Connect Hearing to purchase new hearing aides. She purchased her first hearing aides at another company about 3 years ago and they continually brought her back to their office to clean the hearing aides and to do additional testing. It wasn't long before they began pressuring Mom to upgrade her aides. There is no high-pressure selling at Connect Hearing. Dr. Laurie and Janet are wonderful to work with - very professional and accommodating. Their office is very comfortable and beautifully decorated with quilts too! We are very happy with the hearing aides and the service we received at Connect Hearing.

I have been going to Laurie Harple for years and have been very, very pleased with the service she and Janet provide. I have a severe hearing loss and require the most high powered aid on the market. Laurie has searched the market to find the proper instruments that meet my needs. She is patient and concerned and I highly recommend her services.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They help my dad hear! I would recommend them!

The receptionist (Janet) is very helpful and Dr. Laurie Harple took care of my hearing issues - recommending a product that had features I needed. She has always listened to my concerns and answered my questions.

I have been using the services of Connect Hearing Sylvania for well over 8 years. My hearing issues are "moderate to pronounced". I have purchased and used Siemans, Phonac and Widex aids in that time. I am a frequent international business traveler and I have found that Dr. Laurie Harper, Au.D. has been a partner in helping me optimize the use of my hearing devices with my iPhone and other devices as an extension of my arsenal of business tools. She and her staff are active in assessing my needs and always will block in time to make sure I am aware of developing changes in the hearing aid marketplace. I have investigated the potential savings of going to "big box outlet" for discounted versions of major brands hearing aids only to be disappointed. They may be carrying the same manufacturer as Hearing Connection, but it is not the same aid. More importantly, you have the professional expertise of a doctor of audiology at Hearing Connection Sylvania where they are continually updated on hardware and software advancements. If the price is "too good to be true", it most like is probably not what you want to invest in.

Been going here for years. Janet and Laurie are fabulous and take great care of you.
