Hearing Aid Center in Fairview Park, OH - AudioNova

Im on my second pair every time I arrive every one is very pleasant with a positive attitude 😌

Samantha is an outstanding provider. She has so much expertise in hearing aids. She is an excellent teacher in explaining to me everything I need to know about my new hearing aids. Her manner is very courteous and very pleasant. I can tell from everything she says to me regarding my new hearing aids that she is very, very knowledgeable. I can tell she loves her work because she is very enthusiastic in explaining everything about my new hearing aids to me. Patricia

We stopped in their office unexpectedly and had a very friendly greeting. Even though we were not presently their client they treated us as one. I have fairly old hearing aids that fortunately for us they still work on. One of mine had stopped working. Samantha was behind the desk and couldn't have been more helpful. She took the time to repair my hearing aid quickly while not making us feel we were interrupting her day. She also explained we could get a free consult but didn't push it. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office.

After a rather unsatisfactory experience with Cleveland’s largest healthcare provider which lead me to return the Phonak devices a couple years ago, I remained skeptical about giving Phonak another try. Mary Potts from AudioNova completely changed my perception. Her expertise, professionalism and superb attention to my needs far exceeded my expectations. If it were possible, I’d rate my experience well above the 5 star top rating. I recommend Mary without any reservations whatsoever.

Mary Potts was willing to listen to my perceived needs and after testing suggested trial hearing aids acknowledging that I may not notice a difference in my hearing. She was very good about pointing out the positive and negatives regarding my audiogram. Upon returning two and one half weeks later she accepted the fact that I did not notice any appreciable difference in my hearing with the trial hearing aids and she suggested that I return in two years to be retested. In general it was a very satisfying experience.

Picked up my new aids today. So far everything has been great. I was able to purchase them at a price I was able to afford and that was very important to me as I am on a fixed income. The crew has been very professional and friendly. I go back in a week to make any adjustments, if any, and to answer any questions I may have. To this point I am happy to rate them a 5+! I will post more reviews as I progress through the process.

Samantha was very professional and knowledgeable when fitting me with the perfect hearing aids. She was very patient and encouraging . The entire staff was helpful. Cynthia, the receptionist, was especially pleasant. I am very happy with my hearing aids!

I have been going to Connect Hearing for years now and I must say I couldn't be happier. I see Steve Koukouras and he always treats me with respect and compassion. Being a male in my 20's hearing aids are not exactly the "cool" thing someone my age to have. Since going to see Steve I feel more comfortable wearing my hearing aids due to his professionalism. I will not go any where else.

I have been going to connect hearing for years. When I was time to get new hearing aids Steve was wonderful with me going through all my options and going beyond with support and assistance to make sure I was still able to work everyday until my hearing aids came in. We found the perfect hearing aids to meet my needs.

My sister-in-law just moved from California where she had purchased her hearing aids from Connect Hearing. We made an appointment at the Fairview Park office to get everything checked out today. We could not be more pleased with that appointment. I would strongly recommend them to anyone that needs hearing aids.

So....hearings aids are expensive, so I did research, and everything I learned put Connect Hearing at the top of the list. My experience with Connect hearing in Fairview Park, and specifically Steve has been a very positive. Best products, best service and best policies from my comparative shopping. I highly recommend Connect Hearing for anyone ready to embrace better hearing, and a more positive life. Just saying!

I have warn hearing aids for the past four years and would highly recommend this facility, the staff is competent and friendly. Most of all I feel that they are both honest and sincere. I have been to other hearing aid facilities and have felt that they only want to sell you new aids. The Fairview Park facility has always solved and problems which I have had and left me with a GOOD experience. My specialist is Mr. Steve Koukouras .

They have made my life so much better because of their expertise and hearing solutions.

I have been a customer at this office for 12 years. The office staff is professional, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. The audiologists are excellent doing whatever is necessary to accommodate my hearing needs. Exams are thorough, products recommended and sold are of superior quality. My expectations continue to be exceeded each time I visit the office. If you or anyone you know is in need of assistance due to hearing loss Connect Hearing in Fairview Park, OH is the place to go.

My husband's experience in purchasing and getting fitted for hearing aids through this facility was outstanding! Having had a negative experience previously and been disappointed with the service from another provider, my husband is thrilled and feels confident that he is in great hands with Steve and his staff. From the minute we entered the location in Fairview, the staff was welcoming and most professional. Thank you Steve for a job well-done!

Tinnitus is a dreadful condition with no cure . After many different appointments with different doctors , my only option for relief was hearing aids with a masking option . I met Steve with Connect Hearing and I instantly felt like I was in good hands . Steve himself has Tinnitus so he was empathetic to my misery . Steve fit me with Phonak Hearing Aids and allowed me to trial my set . I wasn't emotionally ready at the time , so I didn't purchase right off the bat . I never felt pressured , which meant alot to me. Two months later I returned and purchased the aids . This journey hasn't been easy but Steve with Connect Hearing truly made a huge difference in my life ....now onto some long awaited relief . Thank you !!!!!

Very caring people

I’m on my second set of hearing aids from connect hearing. I find them to be most helpful whenever I have a problem. Definitely recommend them.

I was given the best, and most professional treatment. The Audiologist Steve and the staff were super polite, and very professional. Steve listened to my concerns and explained the procedure up to and after my purchasing a hearing aid. He returned my calls promptly with follow up questions, and even advised me to another center out of state when I damaged the case. They are a Five Star facility.

They were courteous and polite. Warm and welcoming , explained everything clearly.. Coffee is great The lady's up front are Fab. By the way on the phone .. Excellent

Connect Hearing has the best staff! They are so kind and patient when I bring my father in. I always leave there with all my concerns and questions addressed.
