Receptionist was very nice and the technician did make my hearing aids much more comfortable. But they still don't allow me to hear people in front of me. This is about my 10-12th visit (this area - Waynesville - is my first)

I really don't know for sure that 500 dollars per aid for programming was a fair price . It may have been a fair price compared to other Hearing Aid Centers in my area. I had hi hopes that they could help me.

Both the receptionist and technician are very pleasant and friendly, yet professional. They listen carefully are quick to address my very knowledgeable and quick to address my needs. The technician is quick to find solutions for any issue I have. I have highest praise them. The office is attractive, neat and clean.

Both Amy as the receptionist, and Sandra Jameson as the Hearing Specialist are extremely professional and demonstrate sincere professionalism in dealing with Audio Nova customers and are a tribute to your company.

Not often you go somewhere and your expectations are exceeded! They always have time for you and answer any question honestly, and always with a kind smile! It’s a great feeling when you know you won’t have to look for other solutions that “you’ve found your home” for hearing issues!

GREAT EXPERIENCE. DR WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HAD HEARING AIDS IN HOUSE THAT WE COULD GET SO MY HUSBAND DID NOT HAVE TO GO WITHOUT WHEN HIS TORE UP.

I cannot recommend this company. They have had personal problems for months now. I purchased hearing aids from them then having to wait weeks to get in for adjustments. I wish I could hear!

Went in because TruHearing where we bought our hearing aids through B/C B/S of NC recommended them for a followup care visit. Truhearing gives 1 year of followup free. We have not had one followup visit in the 8 months since purchased. AudioNova is the only one who would honor the TruHearing hearing followup visit in the area, according to TruHearing, so TruHearing made the appointment for us and I took my husband to the appointment and we made it at the appointed time. He was in a wheel chair because he is handicapped. When I got in the door she said it would be $65. While I was trying to explain to her what my understanding was from TruHearing, Zach came out from the back and very rudely said something to the effect that we didn't buy them there and they had nothing to do with it and walked off. Extremely rude and uncaring! But it sounds like from the reviews that at least he's nice to HIS customers.

Always friendly & helpful with the focus on customer care. They even have a large wall hanging that lays out their devotion to their customers. My present hearing aids were not a manufacturer that they use, but they still adjusted the settings after a complete FREE hearing test & fitted them with new earpieces. Great to work with. And because of the treatment I received, I now buy my batteries there ($1 a 6-pack).

I've had hearing aids for over 10 years, very difficult to fit ear canals and have had awful experiences with previous providers. Zach was the most professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant person I've ever worked with. With determination he worked with me and the manufacturer to get my new bluetooth hearing aids to fit. Highly recommend him!!!

Zach Schwab is fabulous as well as Brandy and the Elite Hearing Center. I highly recommend them. That are great. He takes lots of time with me and checks everything and adjusts my hearing aids perfectly.

Zack at the Waynesville office of Elite Hearing Centers was extremely kind and helpful. He knew exactly the kind of hearing aid my husband needed and wasted no time getting him fitted.He is so greatful to hear again, and would recommend any one with hearing loss to see Zack.

Chris Ann and Brittany were so helpful and went beyond the normal to help my vet dad out...during this time of Covid Pandemic they went out of their way to see that his hearing aid was seen by specialist Z. Schwab. Mr. Schwab cleaned it up and got it working again even though my dad had never been seen here. He normal goes to the Veterans Center for all his medically needs but they are closed right now. I can not thank these wonderful and caring people enough, I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a truly pleasurable experience to visit the Elite Hearing Centers of America located in Waynesville, NC. I can not praise these people enough.!
