Dr Lauren gave me a thorough hearing exam even though I have aids from a “big box” store. We concluded that my hearing aids need recalibrated and the wire length shortened. I will be in the market for another pair in a year or so and I’ll definitely come back to Dr Lauren. She completely won me over when she said she follows “best practices” (for those of us who follow Dr Cliff online). And she’s a lovely, vibrant person.

Dr. Laura undeniably loves her job and helping people. She explains the process and procedures clearly with fun little trivia facts to further enhance one's knowledge. We went in to get a baseline hearing test, making it clear we weren't in the market yet for hearing aides. Regardless, Dr. Laura spent an exceptional amount of time with my husband and me, making sure we understood everything and her testing was incredibly thorough. Went with my 88 year old dad to have his hearing aids checked. Lauren was so kind and patient. She very gently removed ear wax buildup without hurting my dad at all. She also cleaned and replaced some parts in his hearing aids and showed him how to insert them properly. Highly recommend her. We will definitely go back to see her.

Audiologist Lauren Putira conducts a thorough hearing test, presents the findings and explains the degree of hearing impairment and how hearing aids could prevent further hearing loss. She can allow patients to "test-drive" a device to experience the benefit of hearing aids. I wish I had contacted her several years ago when my hearing began to decline.

I went to Audiology of Charlotte because my hearing aids had stopped working. I did not go to the place I had originally purchased them from as I was unhappy with the service I had received. She cleaned my hearing aids and I returned the next day for an appt, to check my hearing. After an hour of testing it was determined that my aids were fine, a complete cleaning was given and I was shown how to clean myaids. At the end of all of this Iwas told that there was no charge. I feel a lot more knowledgeable and confident.Ican assure you that Iwill never go anywhere else, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LaurenPutira

Dr Lauren Putira is extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I have only spent 3 days with the end result of the consultations (Hearing aids for both ears). I only had mild loss and I consider this a rebirth of my hearing.
