Ashley was so patient & caring in finding a solution to my unusual hearing loss issues, trying several different products & then referring me to another ENT for a 2nd opinion. Because of this, we found the correct kind of hearing aid system that addressed my issues & gave me back a workable solution that restored my ability to hear at a level & clarity that made communication possible at a much better level than I had anticipated. I cannot say enough about Ashley's compassion, caring, knowledge & professionalism; she is the best.

Very good hearing test today. My audiologist was very good and she listened to my issues quite well. My hearing loss is quite different than most. Glad she understood and was able to make the right choice for me personally. I'm in the decision stage of which aids I'm going to get. Going back in a couple weeks to pick up my aid I had sent in for repair. Hoping to get set up for a new pair then. This way I'll still have my old pair as a back up. Can't wait to hear how the new ones with newer technology are.

Ashley has been my audiologist for 4 years and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. My new phonak aids are much better than any I have had. So this is a great place to manage hearing loss especially if it is long term and progressive

The best experience I have had in a very long time! The staff was great and Ashley is the best! She was very informative and made sure that I was satisfied before I left the office, from testing to showing me how to use the hearing aids, she did a wonderful job. I had been to another hearing aid store and was very disappointed. I highly recommend this office and especially Ashley!!
