I have been taking my elderly dad to the Joplin office for several years for hearing aid services. I cant speak highly enough of Daniel. His clinical competence is without question. What makes him such an excellent clinician is his ability to educate and communicate with an often challenging elderly population. My dad and I both appreciate Daniel speaking directly to dad in a pleasant and easy to understand manner. We are equally appreciative of Morgan who very patiently and pleasantly tackles phone calls, questions, more questions, and scheduling. Together they make this office the most pleasant place I take my dad for care.

These hearing aids are extremely expensive. Most of their clientele is older and they don't even offer to bill your insurance they take the money straight from you. Warranty is terrible! For that much money it should come with a lifetime warranty but one or three years is the best you get!

The audiologist I thought was very thorough with my hearing exam and very helpful in choosing my hearing aids that would benefit me the most. I'm looking forward to the day I go back to be fitted and starting to hear things I've been missing all these years and getting rid the the noise and static I've been hearing too.
