Tyrel Jackson, BC-HIS

Tyrel Jackson, BC-HIS is a dedicated Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist (BC-HIS) who recently joined the AudioNova team. Tyrel’s passion for hearing health and his commitment to improving the lives of his patients shine through in his work at our Zeeland and Grandville locations.

Vicki Beatty, H.I.S.

Vicki Beatty has been working in the hearing healthcare field for over 17 years, during which she has received training from peers, as well as device manufacturers. She learns something new every single day. Vicki entered this line of work after going to Ross Medical and becoming a Medical Assistant. Her love of geriatrics led to a career in hearing health. She truly cares about helping people and solving problems. Over the years, Vicki has formed special relationships with patients. Outside of work she enjoys reading, knitting, and crocheting. She is a member of the Grand Rapids Accordion Ensemble, where she has been playing the accordion since she was 8 years old. Vicki’s other passion is volunteering for an animal rescue and having shelter pets of her own.

Very happy with my first appointment so far. I have Phonak Audeo P90-RT, they are in their 3rd year, I got them from someone else (who was 50 minutes away). I have always liked the Phonak P90-RTs but, after my first appointment @ Hear Michigan Centers-Zeeland, I like them even better. They were able to match my hearing aids to my hearing test better than they were before, which has helped me hear even better. And they are only 15 minutes away.
