I really like the newest person working at the newton office (she is there thursdays & fridays). She was very thorough. I only gave 4 stars because w/ my hearing aid package, I get free batteries. I’ve had to ask for batteries ever since Joe left. Also, the last person I saw never tried to update my hearing aids to my newest hearing test. She tried to update them but the wires, connection, wasn’t working. I do give her 5 stars for telling me to make another appointment so she can get new wires. I am going back in a few weeks so she can update my hearing aids for me.

I've been wearing aids for almost 30 years. Got my first set through Boston Eye and Ear at Braintree rehab hospital. They closed that facility and they recommended I start doing business with a recommended audiologist. I was their patient for ~15 years. I have really struggled with my hearing this past year. That audiologist recommended I spend $7500 on new aids. I visted another audiologist a d they recommended aids for $4500. Then I went to True North and for the first time ever I had my aids serviced properly and I can hear again. Fabulous I can actually have conversations again without having to ask people to repeat themselves several times. A miraculous experience. Great company!!

Excellent customer service, what appeared to me to be state of the art equipment compared to other locations I had visited. Joe took as much time as required, he carefully explained all the options, available feature, and service after purchase and warrantees. No pressure techniques. I was quite comfortable with Joe.

I had a very nice experience and learned a great deal about hearing loss and options for management. In my case, I did not need a hearing aid, but I would feel comfortable returning there for testing in the future. Recently purchased hearing aids in Florida and returned back up North. I had a problem with one of the devices and called True North, and spoke with Jen. She advised me to come over as soon as possible and could not have been nicer. Jen was friendly, knowledgable and resolved my problem in a very professional manner.
