The staff is absolutely amazing, if not for them I would truly be lost. If you or someone in your family suffers from severe hearing loss this is hands down the best place to go!! My financial situation was less than desirable and they were still more than willing to help in any way they could. They gave me the gift of sound again. My grandbabies laughing, birds singing, and most of all the sweet melodies of music. Forever grateful

This is my go to.place! Changed my life with these hearing aids..opened up whole new hearing experience .They have always solved problem as I was new ..I would panic and Cindy would calmly fix it w reassurance ...Mr Luthet is kind considerate and you can ask him any question and not feel stupid.. They became part of my family. I am on second pair bc I love them so much. Great warranty..I recommend Connect Hearing more than 5 stars! I could go on and on but ty Cindy and Luther...you light up my life!♡♡◇◇♡♡

Cindy was a God send! I'm from Florida and was having trouble with charging my hearing aids. She updated software replace my cord and helped me with my App! I highly recommend Cindy! She's great!

The people at this Griffin location are very friendly and helpful. The hearing test was thorough and they carefully reviewed the results with me and had easy to understand answers to all of my questions. They made a good recommendation on the type of hearing aid and worked with my insurance company to get me what I needed. The fitting went well with them taking time to make sure they were comfortable. I am still working on the best tuning and they are very helpful with this as well. These folks have been helping my wife with her hearing aids for four years plus and they made my first experience with them as pleasant as possible.

My hearing aid broke this afternoon, and I had one day to get it fixed before we leave on a trip. Luther was a jewel, and fixed my hearing aid in a few minutes, even though I hadn’t gotten the hearing aids from Connect. Recommend you go see them.
