This is by far the best hearing provider I have ever done business with, and I have worked with a few. My recommendation couldn't be higher. Kim at the front desk is just a doll, friendly, interesting, personable and efficient. And Patti Mitchell is a fantastic hearing specialist. There is no amount of custom fitting, adjustments and care she won't provide. The thoroughness of my care here is outstanding. She works with you to provide the best device with your budget. There is no upselling. I wish give Audio Nova in Decatur my highest recommendation.

I came across a situation where my son, who was visiting from Ontario, Canada with his school for the DECA competition, had an issue with one of his hearing aids. It stopped working. As a mom I felt helpless since I wasn't with him. He needed a specific ear hook to get his hearing aid working again and fast! When I spoke with Kim, she didn't seem confident she could help, especially with the audiologist not being in the office that day. I sent my son there anyways because she was my only hope. She presented what she had, and luckily one of them was the right one! She even gave him extras just in case. I cannot express how grateful my son and I are that she was willing to help us. This clinic goes above and beyond for people who aren't even their clients or from the US! Now that's saying something! Kim, you've restored my faith in humanity. May good things always come your way.

Was away from home and my hearing aid hook broke. I called many places to ask if they could fix it. AudioNova was the only place that came through helping me fix it. I was able to happily continue my vacation thanks to them.

I knew my hearing wasn't 100% so I took the advice of a friend and visited AudioNova earlier this month to take a hearing test .. Ms. Patricia Mitchell performed the hearing/adio test for me within minutes of my arrival and we talked in her office about correcting my hearing problem going forward. Ms Mitchell recommended I try the Phonac hearing aids system for the best result and customer satisfaction. After she allowed me to try on a pair, I knew I was in the right place because my hearing improved tremendously . As a musician (guitarist/vocalist) I am hearing tones that I was missing before. This means the world to me and I can't thank AudioNova and Phonac enough for the caring and professionalism that they and Ms. Mitchell have done to improve my quality of life by greatly improving my hearing. Alex at the Decatur store has kept my hearing aids in top shape for the past three years. Recently, I had an accident with one of them and it was replaced promptly and no charge. Best customer service i had ever experienced. Highly recommend this location and Alex.

Alex is a joy to work with. He listens to what the client is saying and spends as much time as needed to get everything right. Finding the right combination of settings for digital programmable hearing aids can be tedious and time-consuming, but he never rushes the client. If re-tweaks are needed at a later time he will take care of everything with a smile on his face. He has gone out of his way to handle emergencies for me, and never seems to get flustered or frustrated.
