Fast response to my call. Excellent service, very kind and very caring.

Hearing test very short. Co-pay for aids was $3,000!!! Audiologist was very nice but would never go there again. Ended up checking out Costco as it was recommended by many. Test was 3x longer, more comprehensive, and extremely well explained. AIDS 1/2 the price.

Joe is the best! He is professional and listens to your needs. Best hearing aids I've ever had.

I had a problem with my hearing aids last week and my audiologist at the Sarasota Connect Hearing store was out for the week. I called George Chamberlain at the Venice office and he offered to help me right away. Not only did the problem get fixed but I received a tutorial on the care of my aids that I had not received before. What a pleasure it was to work with George. In the future I'll be going the extra 30 minute drive to the Venice office for the superior service I received. Thanks George!

“Took my father to Connect Hearing In Venice based on Google reviews, so glad we went there! George really listened to my dad and took the time to answer his questions and concerns. We got him a set of the brand new Phonak Hearing Aids that are Rechargeable and are made to stream his phone calls directly into both ears and play the TV directly through both ears, amazing! My mom is saying he is a new man now that he got these. If you need help hearing, you MUST go to Connect Hearing in Venice, George and Hayley are fantastic! 5 Stars

I took my mom into connect hearing to have her hearing checked. Hayley was very welcoming and helpful at the front desk. George tested mom and really took his time to find out where she was having trouble hearing. He made recommindations based on her needs without trying to "upsell" us. She is doing much better now and doesn't have to ask us to repeat ourselves. She also has arthritis and the rechargeable hearing aids she got are a blessing since she doesn't have to manipulate a battery door. In and out of the charger no problem. Thanks to George, Hayley and Connect Hearing for helping mom hear again.

my father went in for an exam and George and Hayley were very helpful and attentive to his needs. they didn't force anything on him, just made sure he got the right hearing aids that fit his lifestyle and hearing loss. great experience and would highly recommend Connect Hearing!!

Wanted to say thank you for taking care of my elderly father. I was worried about getting him the hearing devices that would be right for him, since I was so far away and couldn't be with him. A friend at the senior center recommended George Chamberlain at Connect Hearing. They were right on the mark. Not only did George and his staff make sure my dad was fitted with the proper aids, they treated him with respect and even called him AND me afterwards to be sure things were going well. I can't say enough good things about Connect Hearing because my Dad is so happy and still talks about his good experience. I am so grateful that George met my Dad's needs and gave him some of his independence back!

Had a great visit with George, Had some good test results. Low on the high frequency side, ok otherwise. Tried some aids for a few days. Helped me somewhat but I didn't feel I was ready yet for the aids. George was quite understanding of my decision, was professional and respectful during my visits. He is a good representative of the company. When I need aids. I'll ne back.

First time looking into hearing aids. George was our service rep and he was excellent. He explained everything and answered all our questions. He really took his time to make sure we were comfortable with the visit. The hearing test was thorough and gentle. We were not pressured at all. We received a pair of aids for tryout at no cost. We gave our visit a four out of five. When George followed up with our insurance for us, he called us back to tell us that Connect Hearing does not do business with Cigna. We have a quite significant hearing aid benefit, so will, unfortunately, now go somewhere else. Hopefully will get someone like George there.

I spent over an hour and a half with George as he was very meticulous in determining the appropriate direction for my hearing needs. He was very sensitive to my issues and offered excellent advice for me moving forward.

Such caring and kind people who treat you like they truly care. It was an overall satisfying experience and all of my concerns and questions were addressed.

I purchased my hearing aids three years ago and have had constant feed back in my right ear and it was so bad that my wife could hear it, I thought that because of my bad ear that I would have to live with it. I went back to the office with only nine days left on my contract and talked to George the new Specialist and he set them up and now I have perfect hearing .THANKS

I have been a patient with Penny Berhalter and Connect Hearing since she was next to Publix in an Optometrist office at Pinebrook and Venice Ave. She has been nothing but 1st rate in her dealings with me. She is very patient, understanding, congenial and more important, professional each and every time I have had a concern with my hearing aids. This last summer I had a problem while I was up north, I called the office, explained the problem and in two days the problem was rectified.

Happy to get cleaning and adjustments at no extra cost.

Several years ago I lost my hearing aids. I had appointments with two hearing businesses. Both tried to sell me the top of the line, most expensive products. Having had hearing aids I knew I was not at the point of needing a pair with all the bells and whistles. I remembered one of the organizations I belong to offers hearing aid discounts. Upon contact I was provided with the information to contact Connect Hearing Venice Fl. I met Penny and her office staff. After testing my hearing, she was very specific in informing me of my hearing loss. She recommended the Phonak style which was very close to the style I lost. She didn't try to talk me into the most expensive which I appreciated. I knew my hearing loss was not at that level yet. She worked with the insurance company, which was wonderful. Last year when I returned home to Fl I made an appointment to have my hearing rechecked to find out if the hearing aides I had were still appropriate for my hearing loss. After analyzing my loss and aides she said she could "tweak" mine up and I would be fine for the time being. When the time arrives needing another stlye/type I feel confident Penny will direct me to new hearing aides meeting my needs, not just the most expensive. I am so happy to have found Penny and Connect Hearing. I am constantly telling all my friends about the service provided.

It took me a couple years to realize I had a hearing loss. After quite a bit of convincing from my wife and others, I had a thorough evaluation at Connect Hearing. They were right!!
