Being a male senior in my late 60's and I was having difficulty with my hearing, I really didn't know who to see. I kind of wanted to ignore the fact that I couldn't understand or hear people around me anymore. I really knew my hearing wasn't going to get better on its own. Thankfully, my wife pushed me to get help! I started by visiting a hearing center where I was given a hearing test and with the help of my insurance, I purchased my new modern hearing aids. Blue tooth capable. A big plus. It's been 3 years now. That's where I met a very special Hearing Instrument Specialist, Stephanie Peacock! I couldn't have ask for a more understanding and friendly Professional hearing aid specialist! Stephanie makes going to my annual hearing tests enjoyable and I'm always learning something new about older adults and our hearing process. I can honestly say that my hearing has improved with the help from Stephanie! I recently treated myself to new Phonak Audeo M90-R Hearing Aids, replacing my five year old ones. A great decision; I find a big improvement in my hearing ability. Also, I purchased a 4.0 TV Connector and enjoy hearing news broadcasts from the TV in my living room while having breakfast at my dining table. The sound goes directly to my hearing aids and I hear every word. When I told Karen I was having difficulty installing the device she came to my condo and installed it properly. Thank you, Karen, you went above and beyond!

Over 1000 miles from home on vacation and hearing aids needed service. They provided a loaner set while mine were sent in for factory warranty repair. My hearing aids were repaired quickly. I cannot say enough about this very professional Connect Hearing office and staff.

I had a hearing Test done and a week later had my New Hearing Aids in my Ears. The sweetest People, they did the foot work to get my health Insurance on board to pay for the Hearing Aids, NO WAIT, I truly would recommend Connect Hearing to anyone looking for hearing aids.
