Stephanie did an amazing job of demonstrating and explaining my hearing issues after giving me the quick hearing test followed by the “booth” hearing test. Both were consistent and she explained why, etc. A very good experience at AudioNova …. Highly recommended with Stephanie as your guide

I have to say that since I have had Stephanie as my hearing aid speclialist I have never been treated with professional courtesy and help. Since I am not very technicaly proficient, Stephanie has never gotten frustrated with me.

My rating for you guys was a zero and completely frustrated before Stephanie came on the seen. She drops everything to find time for my needs. The last three technitions had no answers for me. Stephanie took her time n explained everything she was doing. I hated everything about these hearing aids n your company. She has them working like they should. Stephanie Peacock went above and beyond to help with my hearing needs. She does not charge to come back for adjustments. She takes time to explain everything and make sure they fit comfortably. She’s the third hearing specialist I’ve been to but the first one that took the time to really help and make my experience comfortable.🙂

I've decided it was time to look into some hearing aids due to failing hearing tests at my job. Stephanie went above and beyond to fit me correctly. She did a test that no other audiologist has done. I’ve been wearing hearing aids for 40 years and this is the best I’ve gotten

I had the great experience of working with Stephanie when I was looking into getting my hearing checked. I had not had a hearing exam for six years and I wanted to find out if I needed a hearing device. Stephanie performed my tests and took the time to explain the results. We were able to negotiate on the product and the price. Stephanie also was instrumental in my follow up appointments being successful! You cannot find a more qualified person than Stephanie to work with you in taking care of your hearing needs.

I needed a new left device but only wanted the match for my old set, Stephanie took a new impression and had the correct one ordered. She took the time to explain the proper way to put the device in my ear, so that I would not loose it. I came to this office years ago when I needed a new battery and they put a new one in and sent me on my way, no charge. So when I did not feel comfortable with my new hearing aids I asked her to check it out , she did and I’m very satisfied with the service and professional way she helped me in this office.

Had a great experience with Stephanie at the Port Orange location. She did my test explained the issues clearly for me to understand what I needed and explained the cost to us. I now have to start saving some money to purchase the hearing aids since I don’t have insurance. But she was amazing and super friendly. Both my husband and I truly appreciate the care shown by Dr. Stephanie. The office and the secretary were very welcoming Everything was more than satisfactory. Dr Stephanie ( hope I got her name correctly) explained the test before and after. He told us in detail what the outcome was. I definitely will use them again next year.

Jerry was extremely helpful. He spent a lot of time with me. He helped me with my old hearing aids & I plan to go back to Elite Hearing to get new hearing aids soon.

I went here for a second opinion and am very glad I did! Jerry was so professional as was the hearing test environment and test. My previous experience at another hearing center was more like a sales pitch, and a very expensive place for hearing aids. Jerry tested me twice, found my hearing to be in the normal range and invited me to come back whenever I feel I am experiencing hearing loss. Elite Hearing will be my go to place for hearing support in the future. Thank you for saving me $8,000!
