I've decided it was time to look into some hearing aids due to failing hearing tests at my job. Stephanie went above and beyond as a Specialist, recommending the hearing aids best suited for my needs, reenactment of my work noises and adjusting my hearing aids to my everyday routine, filtering out feedback noises and setting up the best fitted earbud needed for comfort. I had the great experience of working with Stephanie when I was looking into getting my hearing checked. I had not had a hearing exam for six years and I wanted to find out if I needed a hearing device. Stephanie performed my tests and took the time to explain the results. We were able to negotiate on the product and the price. Stephanie also was instrumental in my follow up appointments being successful! You cannot find a more qualified person than Stephanie to work with you in taking care of your hearing needs.

I needed a new left device but only wanted the match for my old set, Stephanie took a new impression and had the correct one ordered. She took the time to explain the proper way to put the device in my ear, so that I would not loose it. I came to this office years ago when I needed a new battery and they put a new one in and sent me on my way, no charge. So when I did not feel comfortable with my new hearing aids I asked her to check it out , she did and I’m very satisfied with the service and professional way she helped me in this office.

Had a great experience with Stephanie at the Port Orange location. She did my test explained the issues clearly for me to understand what I needed and explained the cost to us. I now have to start saving some money to purchase the hearing aids since I don’t have insurance. But she was amazing and super friendly. Both my husband and I truly appreciate the care shown by Dr. Stephanie. The office and the secretary were very welcoming Everything was more than satisfactory. Hello this is George Altman. Sometimes you have to go through a really bad experience to appreciate a truly outstanding experience. This was the case involving my first experience with hearing aids. It was so bad that I stopped using them for years. And then I found Elite Hearing. Jerry’s knowledge and ability to convey exactly what the process was in purchasing my new hearing aids was truly outstanding. From the first visit when the testing was done to the final visit where everything was fine tuned was a very smooth and satisfying experience. I went here for a second opinion and am very glad I did! Jerry was so professional as was the hearing test environment and test. My previous experience at another hearing center was more like a sales pitch, and a very expensive place for hearing aids. Jerry tested me twice, found my hearing to be in the normal range and invited me to come back whenever I feel I am experiencing hearing loss. Elite Hearing will be my go to place for hearing support in the future. Thank you for saving me $8,000!

My husband had a great test and overview of his hearing. He is severely deaf and Jerry couldn’t have been more honest and caring. Didn’t try to sell us expensive upgraded “technology “ because it wouldn’t have worked for him. Jerry was very honest which was greatly appreciated
