The service is excellent Dr Lisa and Jenifer always are very professional always know how to suggest the correct hearing aid and if there is a problem with the hearing aids they can correct it and return them the same day.

I have worn hearing aids for many years and have dealt in several other offices, but Elite Hearing Center of Ormond Beach is by far the most wonderful of all of them. They are always pleasant, and very accommodating. Jennifer greets you with a smile, calls you by name and offers coffee. Lisa, the audiologist is extremely knowledgeable and will help with any problems I bring to her. I will never deal anywhere else.

I can’t say how pleased I am with Elite Hearing in Ormond Beach. My 94 year old Mother is a new client. She’s had some difficulty with her new hearing aids. Lisa has endless patience adjusting and teaching her how to use them. Jennifer is always on top of her game. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I would recommend Elite Hearing to anyone.

This office is AMAZING. I recently went here and let me just say I was blown away. The staff is SO friendly and VERY informative answering all questions I had. Also I would like to add with COVID-19 going on I was apprehensive to really get out and go anywhere but it was something I needed done sooner rather than later and this place has such a clean and safe environment I felt so comfortable there. I never felt any risk to my health. They are only allowing one person in the office at a time and they all have masks and appropriate protective wear. This was such an amazing experience a BIG thank you to all the staff here.

Very clean place, definitely recommend it!

I took my 75 year old mother in law here for an appointment and felt compelled to write how well she (and I) were treated. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable. Especially during this crazy time that we're in (Covid). I was hesitant to take her anywhere as we have been quarantined, but the sanitization standards were met upon entering and throughout the duration of our visit. Thank you to all the staff for your assistance today. I am very pleased.

The staff is doing a fantastic job at keeping the facilities clean and making sure that all employees are wearing masks and gloves. Taking proper steps to ensure cleanliness and the safety of the staff and patients is paramount with everything going on in the world today. Thankfully these folks are doing everything they can to help!
