Wonderful caring and knowledgeable people!

Punctual in greeting me, lots of information that I hadn't been aware of. Receptionist was friendly as always. When I returned home I discovered I already had an appointment and when I called her, she immediately changed the date and time to the following week.

Wonderful staff! Very kind and knowledgeable. I needed a same day hearing test for work and they were able to get me right in!

This is the place to go if you need anything hearing and hearing aid related! Mark and Brandi could not be nicer or more caring. Mark is passionate and very knowledgeable. He speaks to the struggles of hearing loss from personal experiences and you can really feel how much he loves his job and cares about the people he treats. I was struggling for years(ashamed to say, probably 8-10) to make the step to addressing my hearing loss. It was driving my family, friends and coworkers crazy. Mark got my ears tested and got me started with hearing aids in the same visit. I look forward to continuing this journey with them!

The care, service and personal attention is incredible. Both Brandi and Mark take their time and expertise to make each visit a learning experience They have access to the best hearing aids available and their prices are great too. I have been a customer for several years and would highly recommend them. If it's your first hearing aid or a replacement, they will walk you through every step if the way.

Mark has been so helpful getting my hearing aids tweaked just right for me! I have always struggled before getting the right balance but not anymore! He and Brandi always make it a pleasure to go in and get checkups and cleanings! I can’t recommend them enough!!

We travel many miles out of our way to visit this office. Mark and Brandi are simply incredible and have been taking care of our elderly mom for several years. She is considered profoundly deaf and has dementia, and they are completely understanding of her limitations. Every time we call with an issue, they are ready to provide immediate assistance for us. I cannot say enough good things about this office and highly recommend them to everyone!!

Great Service and a thoreau test

Kristine gave me the best hearing test I have every had. She is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. I would highly recommend Connect Hearing and Kristine if you are having hearing difficulties.

The ladies at Connect Hearing, New Smyrna Beach, Kristine Terrell and Glory Garcia, made a stressful situation so much easier. From the moment you walk in the door, and Glory gets you checked in through meeting with Kristine for the testing and fitting of hearing aids, they do everything possible to set you at ease. Kristine took quite a bit of time finding out what the testing showed you needed, what your wants and needs were, explaining all concerns, in a patient and easy to understand way and getting you started with the 2 week trial. Had it not been for Kristine and Glory, and their superior Customer Service and Care, I could have talked myself out of spending the money for hearing aids. They made me feel confident that my quality of living my life would be improved, and made me confident in my choice to move forward and order the set of hearing aids that would be most beneficial to me. Thank you both for all you do to help people in a less stressful and more positive way!

Excellent place

Kristine is very understanding , helpful and professional. She went out of her way to make sure the settings were exact and comfortable. She took a lot of time working with my husband and listening to his concerns about hearing in different noise environments. She then programmed his hearing aids so he would have control of noisy situations. I am comfortable recommending Connect Hearing to many of my friends who are experiencing hearing problems. I explained that we do a lot of traveling and Kristine immediately showed me how to locate where we could go for repair assistance. The waiting room and exam rooms are bright, clean and very welcoming. The receptionist (I apologize for not remembering her name) is a warm and caring person and extremely efficient. I am so grateful for the help from the staff at Connect Hearing, Kristine and Kelly, twice I drove over two hours each way to have my hearing aids fixed properly after not getting satisfactory service in St Lucie County, well worth the drive, I can't thank them enough. I will be visiting them for all future needs.
